SUPPLEMENT TO ENTREPRENEURIAL OPPORTUNITIES ANNOUNCEMENT - UPDATED

Introduction:
This announcement updates the details in the previous announcement in the post AMENDMENT TO ENTREPRENEURIAL OPPORTUNITIES ANNOUNCEMENT to announce the four (4) entrepreneurial opportunities , which were part of this package announced. The four (4) Opportunities are as follows:


ENTREPRENEURIAL OPPORTUNITIES:
The IP Marketing Business - this opportunity will be awarded to the oldest sibling (in Bristol Palin) of a political lady from this Nation’s (the country of my adopted and long-standing residence), 49th State, the former Governor and vice presidential candidate. It is my sincere hope that Bristol will fill this role with the type of energy and enthusiasm that she brings to all activities she undertakes and become a critical part of the success of this Cosvry product specifically and of the Proprietorship generally as it goes from an envisioned idea to a practical and fully functioning business. She will carry out her responsibilities in a completely separate office from the main facility at, which Cosvry’s other activities will be carried out. Bristol in this subcontractor role will be assisted with the establishing of the office needed by her to provide marketing services of this vitally important “flagship” Cosvry product that will be required for it to function successfully and become a major link to the Cosvry’s - IP section Sales Department in this product’s introduction and on-going marketing strategy as it works to maintain its market share of this unique offering.
The (1st CFWF) Sub contractual Business - this opportunity will be made available to the older of the two siblings of my long-time “exceptionally determined” acquaintance affectionately described in the Blog post LIFE’S TWISTS AND TURNS. She will be assisted in the establishing of her own proprietorship and Cosvry will enlist her assistance in determining specific types of products to offer in its lines for this business section. Her younger sibling, who was previously announced in this position that requires the establishing of a separate office will manage this office for her older sibling instead. It’s my hope that the same determination demonstrated their Mother in the activities she undertakes will be sincerely demonstrated by her siblings as they work in assisting Cosvry as it transitions to eventually becoming a successful investment operating proprietorship. The older sibling will herself fill a SALES CONSULTANT position in the CFWF DINING/LIVING/OUTDOOR PRODUCTS section.
The (2nd - CFWF) Sub contractual Business - this opportunity will be offered to my Senior Semester’s Management Accounting study partner, Janet L. Windus and her daughter. Janet already has her own interior design proprietorship, which was her major field of study at Pratt Institute from, which she graduated three (3) years following my February 1982 graduation. She will also be in charge of the LIVING/DINING/OUTDOOR PRODUCTS section of CFWF as announced in the post FILLING THE VERY IMPORTANT POSITIONS OF COSVRY FINE WOOD FURNISHINGS (CFWF) MANAGEMENT STAFF and I’m sure that she will be contribute significantly to Cosvry as it transitions from idea to fully functioning business operation.
The (3rd CFWF) Sub contractual Business - this opportunity will be awarded to an individual with a well publicized sense of fashion and seeking the opportunity to venture into a different area of work than what she has been known for up to this point in time on the “music” scene and this individual is none other than the young lady known by her “show business” name of Rihanna. I’m confident that with this offer to assist her with the establishing of her own Proprietorship from, which Cosvry will subcontract ideas for product lines that she can and will use her “creative” talent to develop a unique product line that will be beneficial to both herself as well as Cosvry as the cooperation becomes successful for all involved. Furthermore, this collaborative venture will definitely assist her in this transition from one from of “success” to another; but in this case, in my opinion with more tangible personal and professional rewards and I welcome her in her desire to assist Cosvry in the development of its “family” of outstanding investment products. 
In addition, this offer is consistent on this young "Lady" demonstrating the type of conduct that will only lead to her becoming known and respected as a skilled business professional in a different line of work and as such if she shows this kind of promise, an expanded mix of accessories may be possible is the opportunity is seized by her to enhance her skills as open the door to greater success for the benefit of all involved.    

Conclusion:
As the Proprietorship becomes a fully functioning investment business there may very well be additional sub contractual opportunities similar to those identified here may develop and when such developments take place, they will be announced appropriately to share in Cosvry’s successes.

CHANGES AND/OR AN UPDATE TO COSVRY POSITION ANNOUNCEMENTS

Introduction:
The purpose of this post is to make a needed change to previous announcements regarding the position of LEGAL BUSINESS ANALYST as well as the new position of ASSISTANT QUALITY CONSULTANT - CFWF, as discussed below.

LEGAL BUSINESS ANALYST:
The youngest and only surviving daughter of dear friends of mine, the Swanstons', Michal who was appointed to and then reassigned from the position of LEGAL BUSINESS ANALYST, has been reappointed to this position, which was discussed in the post FILLING THE CRITICALLY IMPORTANT POSITION OF LEGAL BUSINESS ANALYST. I am confident that this very, very determined lady will carry out these responsibilities to the best of her ability to keep ,the Proprietorship appraised of any potential regulatory criteria that could impact business operations as well as interpret existing criteria to ensure that business in compliance with all applicable Guidelines and/or other Regulatory requirements, as previously described.

ASSISTANT QUALITY CONSULTANT - CFWF:
This is a new position, anticipated to provide support to the QUALITY CONSULTANT - CFWF as announced in the post FILLING THE VERY IMPORTANT POSITIONS OF COSVRY FINE WOOD FURNISHINGS (CFWF) MANAGEMENT STAFF and the leading candidate considered for and to whom it will be offered is Barbara Bush, the daughter of former 1st Lady and announced GM - CFWF. She will provide assistance in this very critical area of ensuring that all products produced, meet very exacting standards and I am confident that this very talented and skilled young lady will do her best to assist Cosvry meet its objectives, within her sphere of responsibility.

AMENDMENT TO PREVIOUS POSITION ANNOUNCEMENTS

Introduction:
This announcement seeks to better clarify Cosvry’s operating methods and streamline various positions in order to obtain the best outcome from those being considered for these opportunities, while emphasizing the differences between the operating strategies of the Proprietorship and others. In this announcement, those in four different positions will exchange responsibilities to better represent the type of style being described, as follows.

GENERAL MANAGER - INVESTMENT PRODUCTS (GM - IP) AND GENERAL MANAGER - BUSINESS INVESTMENTS (GM - BI):
After giving consideration to the potential message that could be sent by the appointment of an individual who spent years in the performance of public service to a position that involved the completion of regulatory requirements to ensure proper operating with regards to established guidelines, it was decided to have my very capable, considerate dear friend and former “Stonegate” neighbor Barbara fill the role of GM - BI instead and Hillary Rodham Clinton carry out the responsibilities of the GM - IP. In this manner, it will neither be conveyed that special favors are being expected where various guidelines are required to be satisfied in order to carry operations nor will it appear to this outstanding former public servant, in Hillary Rodham that her appointment was based on anything other than her skills as a manager who can effect results even under challenging circumstances. I am confident that both of these very thoughtful managers will carry out their responsibilities to the best of their abilities and aid in the transforming of Cosvry from idea to fully functioning, “outstanding” as well as successful unique Proprietorship.

GENERAL MANAGER - COSVRY DEVELOPMENT (GM - CD) AND GENERAL DEVELOPMENTAL COORDINATOR - CD (GDC - CD):
The role of a manager brings with it much responsibility to be successful. Some rise to the occasion and are function well regardless of the requirements involved, as a result, and in order to determine if the best management style are being practiced by those entrusted with such, rotating of roles are effected to help those placed in these positions see where their strengths and areas for improvement exist. Within this context, the individual previously announced for the position of GDC - CD, Jessi Mart is being appointed to the position of GM - CD and the one who was inadvertently overlooked as described in the post OVERCOMING GROWING UP WITHOUT A CRITICAL PICTURE IN YOUR LIFE is being appointed to the role of GDC - CD. It is hoped that from these appointments the individuals will realize that many challenges will often be confronted and operating styles tested and how such are faced will determine whether or not we will overcome the tendency to follow the path that many often follow and arrive at “easy” conclusions without knowledge of all the relevant details or withhold drawing conclusions until in a position to obtain factual data and by so doing avoid potentially “spreading” discord if Inaccurate information is conveyed inadvertently.

Conclusion:
Finding and appointing the most appropriate individuals for various positions is a very challenging activity since it requires on occasion, carrying out the difficult task of making alterations to ensure that the best results are obtained. This has t5he potential to convey that a prior decision made was not in the best interest of all concerned when a “big picture” examination of the applicable operational details are implemented on occasion. In spite of these changes, I’m confident that those who are the recipient of these appointments will serve to the best of their abilities and meet the challenges with the knowledge that much consideration was exercised in the completion of these placements in order to achieve the best outcome desired for all involved.

GENERAL MISCELLANEOUS ANNOUNCEMENTS - UPDATED

Introduction:
This post introduces various updates and/or announcements to previous position announcements in the Cosvry Development (CD) and Cosvry Fine Wood furnishings (CFWF) sections as discussed below.

GENERAL DEVELOPMENTAL COORDINATOR - CD (GDC - CD) & CFWF SALES CONSULTANTS:
The recent candidate announced to fill this position, the ling-time friend and “accomplice” of Elizabeth Ann Tucker, Beverly is being reassigned to fill a role in the CFWF section as a SALES CONSULTANT in addition to the two youngest of her siblings, the leading candidate selected to replace her will be an accomplished professional already working in the construction field, Jessi Mart of Cedar Rapids, IA who is very skillful and can well assume the responsibility for ensuring that the construction teams are in place on-time and functioning effectively at their work sites. She will become their advocate, representative and all round individual on whom they can rely on to be provided with proper direction for whatever issues develop at the locations where there are based appropriately because of her knowledge of the project planning details, with, which she will be very well “versed” in. This position is just as critical to Cosvry’s success as any other and I’m sure that she will not only carry it out to the best of her ability but also add her unique touch and charm to this position and by so doing being reminded that “she is providing the type of professional example that can be emulated in assisting others” who are relying on her for direction in their lives.

PRODUCT PRODUCTION CONSULTANT:
The candidate who was considered for and to whom this position will be offered is an acquaintance of the GDC - CD and who in this role will provide needed assistance to the PRODUCTION MANAGER – CFWF, previously announced in the post FILLING THE VERY IMPORTANT POSITIONS OF COSVRY FINE WOOD FURNISHINGS (CFWF) MANAGEMENT STAFF. Jake Hayden of Cedar Rapids will support the Manager in the implementing of her activities as she ensures that the products produced will be of the highest standard to be synonymous with the Cosvry brand of well crafted products.

GENERAL MANAGER - CD & MANAGER - IP PRICING:
For better functionality the two (2) individuals announced for these positions will be exchanging roles. Essentially the daughter of my Management Accounting study partner will become the MANGER - IP PRICING and the individual who was inadvertently overlooked as documented in the post OVERCOMING GROWING UP WITHOUT A CRITICAL PICTURE IN YOUR LIFE will now assume the position of GM - CD. 

IT/DATABASE BUSINESS SOLUTIONS CONSULTANT:
The leading candidate considered for and to whom this position will be offered is the daughter of my childhood friend Olivia Gibbons. She will assist the Proprietorship in the implementing of this critical management tool to assist with product pricing as an accomplished computer professional in her own right. This skilled young lady will do her best to help this critical business section implement their defined objectives and enable the Proprietorship to compete successfully due to its emphasis on products of high quality/standards using appropriate pricing strategies. I’m confident that she will be a valued member of this team as she assists the Proprietorship in this transition.

DISPLAY CONSULTANT - IP (VP):
One of two (2) individuals who will fill the DISPLAY CONSULTANTS’ positions will be a special young lady who is the eldest of the siblings of the long-time friend of Elizabeth Ann Tucker’s, Beverly, oldest sibling. This is a position that will be very rewarding for her and I’m sure that she will do her best to bring a sense of purpose to this role, which will place her artistic skills front and center as required in this important position.

STAFF ASSISTANT/CONSULTANT - CFWF:
The candidate considered and selected for this position is the older of the two (2) siblings of my former “Stonegate”, Banford, CT neighbor Barbara, a thoughtful and considerate Lady who became a good and herself filling the role of GM - IP. The older of her two (2) siblings is a very capable young lady who will provide this very important section, (including customers) with the type of effective general assistance to warrant them to return as repeat customers for all their furniture needs,   

SALES CONSULTANTS - CFWF:
Some of the other candidates selected for and to whom these positions will be offered are as follows:

DINING/LIVING/OUTDOOR - 

• Franchise Holder. The daughter of my acquaintance Celia Holder.
• The older of the two (2) siblings of my long-time “exceptionally determined” acquaintance, Elizabeth Ann Tucker.
• Beverly, the long-time friend and “accomplice” of Elizabeth Ann Tucker.
• The two (2) youngest of the siblings of Beverly, the long-time friend and
  “accomplice” of Elizabeth Ann Tucker.

• The only daughter of my late dear friends, the Swantons', 2nd daughter – Jennifer.
• The oldest of the siblings of the 1st lady Prime Minister of the twin island nation of Trinidad and Tobago, as documented in the post, THE IMPLICATIONS OF

I’m confident that these individuals will all bring their best to the Proprietorship as it implements plans to move these ideas from the “drawing board” to full implementation, conducting business, the Cosvry way. This announcement updates the details in the previous announcement in the post ENTREPRENEURIAL OPPORTUNITIES ANNOUNCEMENT to indicate that there will be a total of four (4) entrepreneurial opportunities of, which two (2) are still in existence as originally announced since it was considered to leave the design area as a completely in-house activity. The updates are as follows:

FILLING THE VERY IMPORTANT POSITIONS OF COSVRY FINE WOOD FURNISHINGS (CFWF) MANAGEMENT STAFF

Introduction:
The purpose of this post is to introduce the individuals who were considered for and who will be offered these critical roles of GENERAL MANAGER (GM) - CFWF, MANAGER - CFWF DINING/LIVING/OUTDOOR AREA PRODUCTS, MANAGER - OFFICE PRODUCTS, PRODUCTION MANAGER - CFWF, QUALITY CONSULTANT - CFWF and FLOOR DESIGNER - CFWF to assist the Proprietorship in being transformed from idea to a fully functioning business operation intent on meeting all it critical objectives. The other member of the management staff was introduced and announced in the post INTRODUCING THE FIRST OF THE COSVRY FINE WOOD FURNISHINGS (CFWFs) POSITION ANNOUNCEMENTS.

GM - CFWF:
The leading candidate who was considered and to whom this critically important role will be offered is the former 1st Lady, Laura Bush, this accomplished professional will take the reigns at this vital part of the Proprietorship that is intended to introduce fine wood furnishings that were once commonplace and turn them into “flagship” products that will become synonymous with the Cosvry brand as well being identified as well-crafted, reliable and dependable products. She, (Laura) is a skilled hands-on hobby crafts individual who will be able to personally guide her staff into not only being known for well crafted but also for innovative products. I’m pleased to welcome her to this position and am confident that once she gains her stride, the staff under her guidance will develop many notable designs to extend the line of products for, which Cosvry will become known for.

MANAGER - CFWF DINING/LIVING/OUTDOOR AREA PRODUCTS:
The leading individual considered for and to whom this position will be awarded is none other that my senior undergraduate semester “Management Accounting” course study partner, Janet L. Windus. This accomplished fencer is just as comfortable with her interior designs as she is with her fencing “tools”. She will provide the type of guidance needed to help her staff of six meet the needs of customers on a daily basis as the Proprietorship seeks to become known as the furniture supplier of choice for those desiring real wood and not mainly particle wood furnishings made to be unable to be distinguishable from solid wood. Janet is a lady of many skills and I’m confident that she will provide the type of guidance required to help her area of responsibility meet all the critical goals of the Proprietorship as it’s transformed into an investment business known for outstanding investment “vehicles”.    

 MANAGER - CFWF OFFICE PRODUCTS:
The leading individual considered and to whom this position will be offered is a long-time friend who is a banker by profession, Denise Maddox, but she will be able to provide just the right type of leadership in this office products section to assist the Proprietorship in meeting its goals, namely becoming the supplier of choice for fine “real” wood furnishings and being known as an outstanding product line manufacturer such that these lines will become “flagship” products for the core business. Denise will be able with the assistance of her staff, to skillfully help the office products section meet its critical objectives and become known as a first-rate supplier of solid wood office products. I’m confident in her ability to help in this endeavor as the Proprietorship is transformed from idea to fully functioning business and I welcome her enthusiastically.

PRODUCTION MANAGER - CFWF:
The candidate considered for and to whom this position will be offered is the older of the two siblings of the candidate announced as GBC, Denise, my former lecturer’s adopted daughter. Her older siblings is an accomplished and articulate professional in her own right with an “eye” for creativity and it is for this reason that she is being given the responsibility for product production. She will assign the skilled crafts persons their tasks and ensure that 5he end products are ready for quality inspection before: warehousing, display in the showroom, being sold to customers or shipment. I’m confident that with her capabilities only the highest quality products will be products to meet the critical requirements being demanded as a Cosvry goal.

QUALITY CONSULTANT - CFWF:
This critical position will be offered to only candidate considered for this critical function, former Secretary of State, Condoleezza Rice, who eye for quality will be called upon to serve in this critical area that essentially ensure that all products leaving production will meet only the highest quality standards. Condoleezza will serve s a “stop gap” in ensuring that only exacting quality products leave the facility’s production floor. I’m confident that in this highly skilled lady , the Proprietorship will be able to meet its critical goals in this area for this “flagship” product.

FLOOR DESIGNER - CFWF:
The candidate considered for and to whom this position will be offered is another 1st Lady known for her fashion appropriateness in Michelle Obama, and it’s this skill that will be relied on to keep the floor arrangements sharp and appealing for visitors and customers alike, to help them realize how this Cosvry “flagship” brand can be added to help transform the designs of their living, sleeping and office spaces with just the right “touch”, where appropriate. I am sure she will assist in the achieving of all the critical goals of the Proprietorship as it’s brought from idea to practical application with her on board.

CRITICAL ADJUSTMENTS TO COSVRY POSITION ANNOUNCEMENTS

Introduction:
The purpose of this post is to make needed changes to previous announcements regarding the following positions: GM - BI, MEDIA/OFFICE COMMUNICATIONS CONSULTANT, TECHNICAL CONSULTANT, ASSISTANT PROJECT PLANNER, DEVELOPMENTAL COORDINATOR - CD, STAFF ASSISTANT/CONSULTANT - BI and SALES CONSULTANT, as discussed below.

GM - BI and MEDIA/OFFICE COMMUNICATIONS CONSULTANT:
Due to the need to make needed infernal alignments to achieve greater efficiency the candidate announced for this position in the most recent announcement Christine Tabak is being reassigned to the position for, which Hillary Rodham Clinton was announced for as MEDIA/OFFICE COMMUNICATIONS CONSULTANT and likewise Hillary will assume the position of GM - BI, to best utilize her years of public service since in this role she will be responsible for ensuring that regulatory criteria needed to carry out business operations are complied with in addition to the pricing functions this group is tasked with. On the other hand, Christine, a very skilled professional and pianist will ensure that consistent communication are implemented both internally at the Proprietorship’s main facility in all areas of its operations as well as externally to the Proprietorship with the able assistance of the COMMUNICATIONS CONSULTANT.

TECHNICAL ASSISTANT and ASSISTANT PROJECT PLANNER:
The individual announced for this position of TECHNICAL CONSULTANT, the niece of my former “Stonegate” condo neighbor, Holly will instead be reassigned to the position of ASSISTANT PROJECT PLANNER to assist in the effective planning of all construction projects to be carried out by the Proprietorship. Holly even as a young adolescent knew how to successfully plan all types of projects in the neighborhood and I’m confident that she will use these same natural abilities to achieve even greater accomplishments for the Proprietorship. The other two individuals who will comprise this team of LEAD PROJECT PLANNER AND ASSISTANT PROJECT PLANNER will be announced at a later date.

DEVELOPMENTAL COORDINATOR - CD:
The individual previously announce for this position will no longer be filling this role and the individual who will assist Beverly in this role will the individual who inadvertently overlooked as ddocum3nted in the post OVERCOMING GROWING UP WITHOUT A CRITICAL PICTURE IN YOUR LIFE. This accomplished lady will provide just the right type of assistance to support the teams at their work sites effectively because she will have familiarized with their project plans and will be adept at steering them well with her acquired knowledge in order to be a valued asset for these on site skilled workers in need of meaningful and dependable direction at all phases of their projects. I’m confident that she will carry out her responsibilities with the assurance of knowing that because she was well versed in the project activities she was able to ensure that costly and time-wasting actions were avoided time and time again as will be her primary function.

The individual most recently announced for the position of STAFF ASSISTANT/CONSULTANT - BI, the older sibling of Discourse, is being reassigned and will now serve as a SALES CONSULTANT - IP. Her replacement for the position of STAFF ASSISTANT/CONSULTANT - BI will be announced at a later date.
