Introduction:
This announcement seeks to better clarify Cosvry’s operating methods and streamline various positions in order to obtain the best outcome from those being considered for these opportunities, while emphasizing the differences between the operating strategies of the Proprietorship and others. In this announcement, those in four different positions will exchange responsibilities to better represent the type of style being described, as follows.
GENERAL MANAGER - INVESTMENT PRODUCTS (GM - IP) AND GENERAL MANAGER - BUSINESS INVESTMENTS (GM - BI):
After giving consideration to the potential message that could be sent by the appointment of an individual who spent years in the performance of public service to a position that involved the completion of regulatory requirements to ensure proper operating with regards to established guidelines, it was decided to have my very capable, considerate dear friend and former “Stonegate” neighbor Barbara fill the role of GM - BI instead and Hillary Rodham Clinton carry out the responsibilities of the GM - IP. In this manner, it will neither be conveyed that special favors are being expected where various guidelines are required to be satisfied in order to carry operations nor will it appear to this outstanding former public servant, in Hillary Rodham that her appointment was based on anything other than her skills as a manager who can effect results even under challenging circumstances. I am confident that both of these very thoughtful managers will carry out their responsibilities to the best of their abilities and aid in the transforming of Cosvry from idea to fully functioning, “outstanding” as well as successful unique Proprietorship.
GENERAL MANAGER - COSVRY DEVELOPMENT (GM - CD) AND GENERAL DEVELOPMENTAL COORDINATOR - CD (GDC - CD):
The role of a manager brings with it much responsibility to be successful. Some rise to the occasion and are function well regardless of the requirements involved, as a result, and in order to determine if the best management style are being practiced by those entrusted with such, rotating of roles are effected to help those placed in these positions see where their strengths and areas for improvement exist. Within this context, the individual previously announced for the position of GDC - CD, Jessi Mart is being appointed to the position of GM - CD and the one who was inadvertently overlooked as described in the post OVERCOMING GROWING UP WITHOUT A CRITICAL PICTURE IN YOUR LIFE is being appointed to the role of GDC - CD. It is hoped that from these appointments the individuals will realize that many challenges will often be confronted and operating styles tested and how such are faced will determine whether or not we will overcome the tendency to follow the path that many often follow and arrive at “easy” conclusions without knowledge of all the relevant details or withhold drawing conclusions until in a position to obtain factual data and by so doing avoid potentially “spreading” discord if Inaccurate information is conveyed inadvertently.
Conclusion:
Finding and appointing the most appropriate individuals for various positions is a very challenging activity since it requires on occasion, carrying out the difficult task of making alterations to ensure that the best results are obtained. This has t5he potential to convey that a prior decision made was not in the best interest of all concerned when a “big picture” examination of the applicable operational details are implemented on occasion. In spite of these changes, I’m confident that those who are the recipient of these appointments will serve to the best of their abilities and meet the challenges with the knowledge that much consideration was exercised in the completion of these placements in order to achieve the best outcome desired for all involved.
