These Programs even though separate are very similar in their objective but aimed at very different persons as the name indicates. The mentoring program will be aimed primarily at older (teenaged 15+) children of staff members and as a result will be based on their recommendations primarily. As revealed elsewhere on this Site, it is intended to be long-term in nature and will prepare these selected individuals with the workplace skills needed to be simultaneously, immediately effective at the time of their graduation at whatever position they received skills in. Those involved in this Program will receive a monthly stipend, which equal to approximately 75% of the salary a skilled individual working in the position would receive. The stipend will be made available to the student/parent.
