Introduction:
Since an unforeseen development will make it impossible for the previous individual announced for the critically important role of GBC to serve as expected, a few adjustments were required and this updated post describes the alterations to the previously announced positions. The leading candidate selected to fill this void will be the previous candidate selected for the position of GENERAL MANAGER - INVESTMENT PRODUCTS, the former Jones County Treasurer, Jan Miller. This obviously very capable Lady with her own unassuming but professional style whom I have interacted with over the years as County treasurer in her professional capacity and always found to be cordial but very much in charge of the office, which she held in the years from circa 1993 to approximately 2007, is the clear choice to rise to the occasion. She clearly comes well suited from this much larger and equally demanding position and can in my opinion be relied upon to make this Proprietorship a successful and outstanding business as she “pilots” the carefully crafted business with its “flagship” products in taking it from idea to fully functioning business as she makes her mark in this role by setting the example for her direct reports and others with whom she interacts to emulate.
The Critical Adjustments Required:
To fill the position of GENERAL MANAGER - INVESTMENT PRODUCTS in, which Jan Miller was previously announced for, the replacement candidate selected to fill this critically important role is the adopted daughter, Denise of the late former lecturer who was synonymous with the successful years the T-3 Program held as the main course that the Technical Career Institutes (TCI) had been come to be known for as an Associates Degree Awarding Engineering Technology Program to be envied as documented in the Footnote of the post THE CASE OF THE MISSING RECORDS - EDITED AND UPDATED. This very skilled lady in her own right comes well qualified to fill this void as a graduate of Long Island University’s chemistry program (from its Brooklyn campus), who spent many years working on product designs at Johnson and Johnson at their New Jersey Headquarters. Even though Cosvry’s products will be of a completely different type than those she previously worked with, the experiences gained will serve her well as she brings her skills to Cosvry and assists the Proprietorship in its transformation from idea to fully functioning and professionally managed outstanding investment business, which will be known for conducting business the Cosvry way.
Conclusion:
As typically occurs in any operating business challenges take place and how those unexpected developments are met differentiates a successfully run business from others that simply react to developments by attempting more of the same “whatever works” activities in the hopes that such unethical and marginally criminal activities will rule the day and lead to success while attempting to convey an attitude of being successful moguls and other operators of apparent “successfully” operated, but dictatorially run empires (with questionable foundations as documented in the Conclusion section of the previous post FILLING THE VERYIMPORTANT POSITION OF OFFICEASSISTANT/HUMAN RESOURCES (HR) CONSULTANT. Such types manipulate underlings to carry out their “dirty laundry tactics” while standing on the periphery and giving the appearance of being uninvolved in any such highly questionable activities. Most observing aren’t fooled and only remain silent to avoid being “targeted” themselves and becoming examples such types are known for making to remind others not to act or conduct themselves outside of the manner in, which those of the “free loaders cause” would have them conduct operations, in my opinion as generally described in the previous Blog post THE “FREE LOADERS CAUSE” “CREDIBILITY”, THEIR STORY IS NOW TOLD - UPDATED. I am confident that these two determined ladies, if they agree to assume these positions will contribute significantly to the successes that Cosvry investments will become known for to all with whom it will conduct business and other onlookers as well.
