This amendment to the previous position announcements is intended to supplement the informational details outlined for awareness purposes and far effective planning purposes for those being considered appropriately.
SALES MANAGER - IP:
The individual previously announced as filling this role, the one who was inadvertently overlooked as documented in the post OVERCOMING GROWING UPWITHOUT A CRITICAL PICTURE IN YOR LIFE is being reassigned to another role to be discussed later in this rollout. My “lower 40” friend Barbara and former “Stonegate” condo neighbor (see photo included below) will fill this position instead.
Even though I only spent a few years at the Branford, CT condo, Barbara became a good friend who was also highly thought of by a mutual acquaintance (Ken pictured 2nd from left in the sixth photo in The Finale/Outcome of These Activities section of the included linked post below) in their profession who always came to my assistance in carrying out many of the community projects completed such as the Community Health Fairs documented in the post VERIFIABLE DECISIONS ALWAYS RESULT FROM SOUND DECISIONS whenever he was asked. Even though a nurse by training, her appropriately gregarious, thoughtful and caring personality makes her ideally suited for this very important position.
SALES CONSULTANTS:
To fill two of the three SALES CONSULRTANTS positions who will provide support to Barbara in this “flagship” product is her (Barbara’s) second daughter as well as her daughter’s eldest sibling. They will provide the assistance needed to aid the Proprietorship in the vital sales department for this wholesale product that will require close cooperation with the outsourced IP MARKETING BUSINESS, Consultant announced in the post ENTREPRENEURIAL OPPORTUNITIES ANNOUNCEMENT. I’m confident that they will support both the Proprietorship and their family’s Matriarch very well in these critical positions. The announcement regarding the individual who will round out the final sales position in this team will be announced at a later date.
MANAGER - CD PRICING:
This very critical position will be served by one who was overlooked as documented in the post OVERCOMING GROWING UP WITHOUT A CRITICALPICTURE IN YOR LIFE. The importance of proper information gathering, details organizing in order to arrive at the most appropriate and desired outcome in order to avoid improper pricing, which can ruin a product’s introduction and its prospects CANNOT BE OVERSTATED. In this vitally important role, assembling all the needed details (or connecting the dots), will be unquestionably required for success to be achieved. Once all the needed details are hunted down” from wherever such details are required to obtained, then gathered and accumulated using all the available “tools”, then the applicable Cosvry margins will be applied to arrive at the appropriate price for the project being pursued. In this role, close cooperation will be required with the PROJECT PLANNER who will also be accumulating all the same type of information for proper tasks assigning and project completion therefore close cooperation is imperative. An announcement about the individual who will fill the role of PROJECT PLANNER will be announced at a later date.
TECHNICAL CONSULTANTS:
The leading candidate considered for and to whom one of the positions will be offered is the only daughter of my late Mother’s niece on her late brother Oliver’s side and a cousin of mine, the deliberate but determined Abigail John. Abby as she is familiarly known will be responsible for planning every detail of all the projects undertaken by this group in order to ensure that no aspect is unaccounted for when planning and consequently when carrying out the actual project work undertaken for critical accuracy when pricing for projects is under consideration.
The other position will be offered to the niece of my former “Stonegate” condo neighbor who herself will lead the above Sales ram, Holly. This Lady with her memorable personality as a then young adolescent, will provide just the type of support needed to ensure that the needed equipment remains functioning for this back-up facility. The role of the TECHNICAL CONSULTANT is critical and cannot be overstated because this in this position Abby will ensure that essential remains functioning even though this is primarily a back-up facility. The importance of this facility will come into focus sharply when for unforeseen reasons; the main international facility is unable to supply the critical component. She will provide needed assistance to the PRODUCTION MANAGER ably assisted by another CONSULTANT and 1 PRODUCTION ASSISTANT (VP).
GENERAL MANAGER - BUSINESS INVESTMENTS (GM -BI):
The individual previously indicated as filling this role, the older of two (2) siblings of the GENERAL DEVELOPMENTAL CONSULTANT - CD, Elizabeth Ann Tucker leading candidate is being reassigned to another position in the CFWF section that will be announced at a later date. The leading candidate to replace her is the very talented daughter of my former Kerite colleague Fernando Tabak depicted below. Christine Tabak, a skilled and accomplished pianist/professional is able to carry out this
group’s mission with little fanfare by ensuring that all the vital functions of this critical group’s mission are undertaken from ensuring compliance with needed Federal/State/Local criteria required to conduct business in addition to the successful completion of essential product pricing details. As previously pointed out in a previous post, the importance of Christine’s group to Cosvry cannot be overstated since the work done at all areas of the Proprietorship is impacted by this group, which prices ALL products and services offered, therefore accuracy of details are paramount as all items that are consumed (or even damaged and/or discarded has to be tracked and accounted for). This group will work to implement tracking mechanisms in all areas of the business operations ultimately for effective pricing of all products and services successfully. The other main responsibility of this group is to ensure that all Federal, State and local permits, etc., required for carrying out business activity are complied with. Additional details about the activities within this group’s area of responsibilities are discussed in the post THE UNVEILING OF THE COSVRY INVESTMENTS. Elizabeth Christine will be supported by the: MANAGER – IP/CLASES PRICING, MANAGER – CD PRODUCTS PRICING, MANAGER CFWF PRODUCTS PRICING, IT/DATABASE BUSINESS SOLUTIONS CONSULTANT and the STAFF ASSISTANT/CONSULTANT. The other individuals who will comprise this team will be announced at a later date, with the exception of the STAFF ASSISTANT/CONSULTANT, previously announced.
INTERNATIONAL SUB SUPPLIER COORDINATOR:
The individual who will fill this other critical position to provide support to Discourse already announced for the other position will be my “exceptionally determined” acquaintance who was previously announced to fill the position of GENERAL DEVELOPMENTAL CONSULTANT - CD but who will be reassigned to this very important role to assist in ensuring that the needed component is produced for the Proprietorship “flagship” product as previously described in the post COMPLETING THIS FIRST ROUND OF ANNOUNCEMENTSWITH THE FILLING OF OTHER IP POSITIONS AS WELL AS COSVRY DEVELOPMENT (CD) &BUSINESS INVESTMENT POSITIONS - UPDATED, which was since that announcement reassigned to Discourse herself. Elizabeth Ann Tucker is a very capable lady who will do her best to support the Proprietorship in this viral role and also assist Discourse in this international location.

I’m confident that these individuals will all bring their best to the Proprietorship as it implements plans to move these ideas from the “drawing board” to full implementation the Cosvry way and I’m sure that nothing less will be offered by them at all the various levels they are being “tapped” to serve in, in this unique opportunity.
