Introduction:
The importance of this role cannot be underscored because the individual filing this role bears responsibility for and reports to the GBC and works with her to bring success to one of the “flagship” products that the Proprietorship will be identified with therefore a keen sense of the product as well as all the various components that comprise it will be of prime importance as it goes from idea to actually being available to wholesale customers the primary focus of this product’s market. In this area much coordination will be required to ensure on time delivery especially since this product will comprise an international component as indicated on the Organizational Chart depicted in the post COSVRY INVESTMENTS STATUS - UPDATED and potential frequent travel will be required to ensure that the international component is properly functioning. In addition since two (2) other aspects of this product will be subcontracted as outlined in the post ENTREPRENEURIAL OPPORTUNITIES ANNOUNCEMENT, one in another physical location than the other main business activity further coordination will be required for this products success. This post focuses on the individual who will be leading this very important group, please follow.
GENERAL MANAGER - INVESTMENT PRODUCTS (IP):
The leading candidate chosen for this very important function is the former Jones County Treasurer, Jan Miller, a very capable Lady with her own unassuming but professional style. This Lady whom I have interacted with over the years as County treasurer in her professional capacity was always found to be cordial but very much in charge of the office, which she held in the years from circa 1993 to approximately 2007. She clearly comes well suited from this very demanding position and can in my opinion be relied upon to make this unique product a critically important success as she works to coordinate the various aspects of this product’s make-up from design through bringing together all its components (including the international but very important pieces) as well as working with its distant marketing and distribution aspects through the final sales unit to ensure that schedules are met to waiting customers in order to ensure on-going satisfied customers and that ultimate financial success marks this product’s introduction and on-going market activity for Cosvry.
Conclusion:
An individual with the demonstrated ability to manage a multifaceted organization as the County Treasure’s Office can be was vital to this selection to ensure success can be realized with this product that has various outlying pieces that are vital to its existence. The ability of Jan Miller to manage a critical office grouping was a critical factor for this selection as she has shown that she can such lead such an operation and these skills will be very much needed here to ensure financial success and that this success is balanced with operating efficiently in spite of the challenges involved in bringing a product from idea to successful availability to customers. I am confident that if she agrees to accept this role that she will rise to the challenge and that her group will be effectively and efficiently managed to assist Cosvry in meeting all its business goals with this product offering and maintaining its market presence.
