Introduction:
Since it has now been ascertained that the individual previously announced as filling this role, Sarah Palin has prior commitments that will prevent her from filling this unique position, changes have been made accordingly and this post focuses on the adjustments that have been made to achieve the desired outcome that will result in these roles being divided and will be filled by two different individuals who will both report to me for the portion of these roles that they will be responsible for, as
discussed below and depicted in the updated organizational chart in the post COSVRY INVESTMENTS STATUS - UPDATED.
RM-CI/PLANNER:
Since these roles of RM-CI and INSTRUCTOR were as previously indicated specially created for a single individual possessing unique skills, the the leading replacement candidate considered for and to whom this REGIONAL MANAGER position will be given is the former Maureen McDonald previously announced for the role of ASSISTANT PLANNER in the post CHANGES AND ADDITIONS TO COSVRY POSITION AND ENTREPRENEURIAL OPPORTUNITIES ANNOUNCEMENTS -UPDATED, and her new title will be REGIONAL MANAGER - COSVRY INVESTMENTS(RM-CI)/PLANNER, where her previous position as hospital administrator will enable her to be at “home” articulating the importance of achieving long-term growth as her primary role will be established by using her gifted ability to assist other business entities, such as selected National chains and international manufacturing entities in viewing the economic “big picture” through the same “prism” as Cosvry to achieve even greater financial successes by working in concert with the Proprietorship. Success in this endeavor will lead to even greater rewards for the Proprietorship as well as for this very talented and skilled Lady personally, therefore a great deal is being expected of her as a capable and accomplished former administrator with the type of professional manner that enables her to reach all types of individuals with the very appealing personality she is well known for in this equally very professionally demanding but interesting role of “big picture”, regional financial and business developer/economic advisor, presenter.
GENERAL MANAGER - BUSINESS INVESTMENTS(GM-BI)/INSTRUCTOR:
For the role of CLASS INSTRUCTOR, which was also specially developed, the leadingreplacement candidate to whom this role will be offered is my former “Stonegate” condo neighbor, Barbara, a accomplished cook in her own right, even though she is very modest about her “amazing” abilities. Her new title will be GENERAL MANAGER - BUSINESS INVESTMENTS (GM-BI)/INSTRUCTOR for, which the GM-BI portion was discussed in the post AMENDMENT TO PREVIOUS POSITION ANNOUNCEMENTS. The cooking sessions will now be titled “INTRODUCTION TO COSVRY’S HEALTHY LIFESTYLE COOKING CLASSES – HOSTED BY BARBARA”, and will now be held in eastern Iowa in the greater Cedar Rapids/surrounding area instead of in the Des Moines area as originally Indicated to achieve success in this new locale as its new presenter where in this role she will be offering healthy lifestyle cooking classes as a Cosvry product to interested individuals on a weekly basis in three different sessions once they are introduced. She will be using this avenue to present these very informative and interesting topics entitled to introduce interested individuals to healthy lifestyle cooking in this context using material that I have found over the years to be of vital importance as a hobby chef; therefore, in this project, I have invested much time and effort from the many years of practice and she can be assured of my on-going personal support as an interested party. Consideration is also being given to making these materials available via a playback media to permit those unable to physically attend to have the availability of her very interesting discussions/presentation material at their disposal. With this introduction, I am positive that this very capable Lady will be able to present these vitally informative details to a ready audience and in this endeavor she will be ably assisted by Cosvry’s PRODUCT TESTER/COORDINATOR and two (2) other ASSISTANTS. I take personal pleasure in introducing this very talented and skilled Lady (whom I have personally known for some time and have much admiration for, who doesn’t shy away from a challenging opportunity), for these carefully “crafted” functions of GM - BI/INSTRUCTOR, who will do her best to provide and make available to others various details about healthy lifestyle cooking.
Conclusion:
With this announcement of the separation of these dual roles as indicated in this post, I am confident that both Maureen and Barbara will rise to the occasion to assist the Proprietorship and themselves achieve successes here in these specially created roles where they will, as appropriate, attempt to: 1) assist in helping others realize the need for taking concrete action in turning their lives around through positive action in the only way such is possible, namely by “finding the strength to seek out the means to carry out such”, BY TAKING ONE STEP AT A TIME. In this offering, this well crafted, soundly designed, unique product will be made available to interested customers with old-fashioned hard-work, the Cosvry way and 2) convince others about achieving growth as a long-term regional objective by working in concert with the Proprietorship to view the economic “big picture”, from Cosvry's perspective.
