Introduction:
The purpose of this post is to make either needed changes and/or additions to previous announcements regarding the following positions: ASSISTANT PROJECT PLANNER, ASSISTANT PROJECT PLANNER and SALES CONSULTANT - CFWF DINING/LIVING/OUTDOOR section, the change in focus in the 4th sub contractual opportunity announced in the post SUPPLEMENT TO ENTREPRENEURIAL OPPORTUNITIES ANNOUNCEMENT, the new MANAGER - CFWF ACCESSORIES and MANAGER - CFWF OFFICE PRODUCTS, TECHNICAL CONSULTANTS - IP, SALES CONSULTANT - IP and SALES CONSULTANT - CFWF DINING/LIVING/OUTDOOR section, PERSONAL ASSISTANT (reporting to the Proprietor), the new position SALES CONSULTANT - CFWF ACCESSORIES, MANAGER - CFWF PRODUCTS PRICING and GENERAL CONSULTANT, as discussed below.
ASSISTANT PROJECT PLANNER:
The leading candidate considered for and whom this position will be awarded is a long-time acquaintance and former spouse of a distant (a physician) relation of my ex spouse who resided in Rhode Island for many years and now resides in her home state of New York. This lady is none other than the former Maureen McDonald, a very skilled former hospital administrator who was as comfortable carrying out her administrative duties as she was taking time out to converse with those needing assistance, whom I found to be very cordial with her appealing personality and winning smile in spite of demands of her professional duties. Maureen can provide the level of detail skills required to meet the need required to achieve success in this vital product area and I am confident that she will assist the Proprietorship through her efforts, carry out its critical objectives as they relate to the Cosvry Development area to, which she will be assigned.
ASSISTANT PROJECT PLANNER AND SALES CONSULTANT - CFWF DINING/LIVING/OUTDOOR: UPDATE
Essentially, two individuals previously announced as filling these positions will be switching roles as Holly the very personable niece of my former “Stonegate” condo neighbor will move to the SALES CONSULTANT - CFWF DINING/LIVING/OUTDOOR section and Franchise Holder, the daughter of my long-time acquaintance Celia Holder, instead of filling the role of ASSISTANT PROJECT PLANNER in the Cosvry development group will be working to assist the on-site work teams as a DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR. Together, with the GENERAL COORDINATOR, (announced in the post AMENDMENT TO PREVIOUS POSITION ANNOUNCEMENTS), these two will work with the GM - CD to provide the vital support and needed assistance to ensure that the project teams are following the project plan details to achieve the desired outcomes as required to avoid unnecessary and costly overruns that can have serious long-term implications for the individuals involved specifically and for the CD section as well as the Proprietorship generally.
3rd ENTREPRENEURIAL OPPORTUNITY in the SUPPLEMENT:
This opportunity announced for the “well known” singer known by her entertainer’s name, Rihanna is being altered and expanded to focus on accessories in addition to what was previously described in the post SUPPLEMENT TO ENTREPRENEURIAL OPPORTUNITIES - UPDATED. As a result, she will now also be developing designs for pillows and cushions to complement the furniture products in one offering in addition to a more fashionable line of signature products that will be priced higher than the regular brand of pillows and cushions to compliment the products. The signature line, will as indicated, be a “higher end” product that will be designed to distinguish them from the regular offering of pillows and cushions. The two brands of pillows will be offered to compliment the furniture sold, either in a regular or “higher end” pillow/cushion, if such is desired by the customers purchasing the furniture. In this way, she will be better equipped to offer more well-rounded designs that include both the primary furnishings as well as the well-crafted accessories in this broader mix of designs. In addition, the potential exists for the accessories area to be expanded to include additional products with accompanying design ideas that would serve to enhance the existing products, should she desire to pursue this in a more expansive but complementary line of signature products. This offer is conditional on the expectation of her willingness to abide by the type of set standards that will work in the best interest of all concerned.
MANAGER - CFWF ACCESSORIES and MANAGER - CFWF OFFICE PRODUCTS:
With the addition of the new Accessories section, my long-time acquaintance, Denise Maddox is being reassigned from the CFWF Office Products section to lead this area intended to complement the line of fine furnishings offered by the Proprietorship. Denise, will help bring the type of success needed to justify expanding the lines of products in this section, which can and will be a “trend setter” among the lines products offered by the Proprietorship. Denise’s replacement to manage the CFWF Office Products section will be announced at a later date.
TECHNICAL CONSULTANTS - IP:
The individuals considered for and to whom these positions will be offered are the third (3rd) and fourth (4th) daughters of the spouse of my former colleague, Curt Bock. These capable ladies will be undergoing continuous training to better equip them with the skills needed to assist Cosvry in this back-up facility in carrying out the critical objective it is intended to fulfill, as required. This production center’s main function is providing components to ensure that the Proprietorship’s “flagship” product isn’t impacted by any unforeseen circumstance and with their assistance on a rotating basis, on-going duties will be needed to ensure that production isn’t affected under anticipated conditions.
SALES CONSULTANT - IP AND SALES CONSULTANT - CFWF DINING/LIVING/OUTDOOR:
These positions will require some rearranging as the candidate previously announced as filling one of the SALES CONSULTANTS - CFWF DINING/LIVING/OUTDOOR in the post PARTIALLY-RELATED ADDITIONAL ORGANIZATIONAL ANNOUNCEMENTS in the oldest of the siblings of a former colleague Curt Bock is being reassigned to the position of SALES CONSULTANT - IP where she will be working alongside her Mother, also appointed to a SALES CONSULTANT position in this vital area also announced in the post, PARTIALLY-RELATED ADDITIONAL ORGANIZATIONAL ANNOUNCEMENTS. In this role they will be working to help the Proprietorship’s “flagship” product meet all its critical objectives and will carry it out with a pleasant and friendly attitude to ensure that the intended wholesale customers become repeat customers on an on-going basis. As a result, the second (2nd) daughter of the siblings of the spouse of my former colleague, Curt Bock is being appointed to the role of SALES CONSULTANT - CFWF DINING/LIVING/OUTDOOR, where very high standards are expected and in order to achieve this desired outcome she is being selected to undergo the type of on-going training described in the post POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT AND AN ORGANIZATIONAL FEATURE - UPDATED that can only enhance and developed her skills in order to help her better assist the Proprietorship as it seeks to achieve its critical strategic goals desired for the fine furnishings products section.
PERSONAL ASSISTANT:
The leading candidate for this special position is the former political lady who met with and survived near-tragic circumstances a short time ago and she is Gabrielle Giffords, who later resigned from her former position and is now more accustomed to a different lifestyle and in this role, she will maintain the appointment schedule for the Proprietor to ensure that no critical activity is unattended, either by him or one his direct reports. Gabrielle, will I’m sure, bring meaning to this needed function, aimed at ensuring that the Proprietor’s focus remain on “big picture” issues to avoid the tendency to become consumed with various details that can be better undertaken by others who are tasked with such responsibilities. She will become a vital staff member as she demonstrates the ability to determine and separate what is critical from what is not, that can be relegated in order of importance as she sets and aims for being known as a skilled prioritizer.
SALES CONSULTANT - CFWF ACCESSORIES:
The main candidate considered for and to whom this position will be offered is the younger daughter of a former colleague who was announced as PRICING MANAGER - IP/CLASSES, Carla Charliere. She will be very effective in this position as she assists the Proprietorship in the same manner that her Mother is remembered for, assisting with an effective smile.
MANAGER - CFWF PRODUCTS PRICING:
This is a position about, which the announcement was withheld for a special reason, however since the type of recent retaliatory developments that were anticipated and were my intent to try to prevent the lady in question from being subjected to (because of having personally contacted her to discuss and inform her in telephone communication in September 2014 both at her now, then workplace and at home about the Proprietorship's activities and informed her of my intent to consider her for an appropriate position); appeared to have occurred anyway [in my opinion just as my late 1st American friend Lois Bruno, who welcomed me to this “Land of the Free and Home of the Brave” as documented in the post THE OUTSPOKEN PEN PAL WHO BECAME A FRIEND (EDITED W/INSERTS - UPDATED/AMENDED) was also targeted]; this announcement will be made for this very talented and skilled individual, Chris Blood. This Lady whom I always found to be one who tried to follow the type of standards that would make any employer who valued quality output with an unusually pleasant attitude in a dependable staff member; comes well qualified to provide the detailed support needed to assist the Proprietorship in achieving the type of quality needed in offering fine wood furnishings (FWF) and accessories to very demanding customers, and in so doing carry out her responsibilities to the best of her ability. She will assist Cosvry in not only meeting its critical objectives within her sphere of responsibility but also in doing so the Cosvry way, whom I’m proud to call friend and dependable colleague. She met the demands expected of her regardless of the challenging circumstances that existed in the years (approximately 10 plus) that I knew this valued professional and travelling 1st American friend who took the time to discuss the latest experiences of her travels with me from the memorabilia she kept to mark her visits because she was well aware of my path from Barbados to the US for successful study and later, which I made my residence of choice as an engineering professional, and she shared her exploits as one traveler to a colleague who traveled to achieve the accomplishments that were successfully undertaken. I’m confident that she will be able to assist the Proprietorship in meeting the high demands required of this critical pricing and regulatory affairs section under the leadership of the very skilled and highly qualified GENERAL MANAGER - BUSINESS INVESTMENTS (GM - BI).
GENERAL CONSULTANT:
The leading candidate considered for and whom this crucial position will be offered is also herself a former colleague whom I am well aware, who carried out her responsibilities with an unusual an adaptable hands-on aptitude even in the type challenging environment that she exhibited such capabilities under, and this individual is the quiet and unassuming but always ready and willing Sheri Weaver. Sheri is a quality hands-on individual who will be able to carry out the demands expected of this individual with an appreciative smile as she set the type of example that would be expected of one recognizing that she is an example for the young minds that will be under her sphere of responsibility for the duration that they will be placed under her very capable care and will conduct her critical section including the TASK CONSULTANTS directly reporting to her with the type of professionalism expected to achieve the high demands expected of the manager of this very critical section. Additional details about the type of responsibilities she will be entrusted with as Manager are described in the post ADDRESSING THE EDUCATIONAL NEEDS OF COSVRY’S STAFF DEPENDENTS and I’m confident that she will carry out and achieve these critical objectives successfully as the Proprietorship seeks as its goal, the type of satisfied staff, that can only result from knowing that the educational/developmental needs of those entrusted in their care are being met under appropriate conditions that provide a balance approach between the typically expected and the continuous hands-on skills that will be emphasized throughout their educational experience.
Conclusion:
As with any new process, minor adjustment are often required to ensure that all activities are functioning effectively and I’m confident that in these individuals, the Proprietorship will be well positioned to achieve all its objectives, commensurate with it becoming a functioning business.
