ADJUSTMENTS TO EFFECT AND MAKE ANNOUNCEMENTS OF CRITICAL POSITIONS - UPDATED 3/21/2015

Introduction
This post will focus on both changes to existing announcements as well as introducing new selections for various positions affecting the following groups: Business Investment (BI), General Business (GB), CFWF - Dining/Living/Outdoor Finished Products, the Leased-Space Management Team, CFWF - Office Products, Operations/Asset, Cosvry Fine Wood Furnishings (CFWF) - Quality Control (QC), CFWF - Production and CFWF - Finished Bedroom to ensure a more effectively managed Proprietorship is realized from the outset. These changes/introductions are as discussed below.



BI/GB/CFWF Section Changes:
The MANAGER - IP/CLASS PRICING, Carla Chaliere will now instead of moving to the critical position of being the lead Proprietorship personnel manager or OFFICE ASSISTANT/HUMAN RESOURCES (HR) CONSULTANT in the GB section to enable the Proprietorship to able to have the talents of this notable professional available to effectively manage the anticipated start-up personnel issues that can be expected to be very challenging for even the most skilled but with her valued expertize available, any potential unforeseen disruptions can be reduced and/or eliminated by this change.
As a result, my long-time childhood friend, Olivia Gibbons will be moving into the position vacated by Carla and will assume the position of MANAGER - IP/CLASSES PRICING instead, where she will be responsible for tracking every potential cost associated with both IP section products and the Healthy Lifestyle Cooking Classes, including the obvious personnel costs in addition to the more unnoticeable mundane costs such as office supplies used by all involved in the production of the specific product and/or service being priced as previously discussed in the post
SUPPLEMENT NEEDED TO POSITION ANNOUNCEMENTS

The MANAGER - CFWF PRODUCTS PRICING, Chris Blood, will be moving to the CFWF - OFFICE PRODUCTS as SALES CONSULTANT and to fill the position being vacated by Chris, my long time “exceptiinally determined” acquaintance, Elizabeth Ann Tucker will become the MANAGER - CFWF PRODUCTS PRICING with along with all other pricing managers, bear responsibility for the accurate pricing of all the products in this(their applicable) section(s), with the caution that Cosvry margins will have to be applied to all the associated costs involved (or tracked); therefore it’s essential for Pricing Managers to work with the applicable section Managers in the areas for, which they are responsible to remind them of the importance of costs control. If their efforts in this regard appear to be falling on “deaf ears”, the assistance of their section GM should be obtained to elevate the matter with their counterparts for follow-up action as needed because the unsuccessful pricing of products can be a “death nail” to it if improperly introduced at a price that has not been effectively determined and/or managed.
The MANAGER - CD PRODUCTS PRICING, the daughter of my senior undergraduate semester’s Management Accounting study partner, Janet L. Windus will move into the position of SALES CONSULTANT - CFWF DINING/LIVING/OUTDOOR Finished Products section. Therefore, to fill this void, the 2nd of the siblings of the spouse of my former colleague, Curt Bock will become the MANAGER - CD PRODUCTS PRICING instead of SALES CONSULTANT - CFWF DINING/LIVING/OUTDOOR, in this CFWF Finished Products section.  

General Operations/Asset & Investment Products (IP) Sections Announcements/Changes:
To lead this group, a candidate with very notable international achievements was sought out as the leading candidate selected for and to whom this position will be offered; whom is the former and 1st female Prime Minister of twin island Caribbean republic of Trinidad and Tobago, Kamla Persaud. This lady, (pictured below from one of my artistic impressions), who has achieved many firsts (1sts) in her long career dedicated

          
to public service is a very skilled leader who doesn’t “shy away from a challenge” or taking steps to turn a chapter in her life/career, if its determined that her cause is indeed needed. I’m confident that she will work to assist the Proprietorship achieve its critical goals within her sphere of responsibility; so please join me in welcoming her to the position of GENERAL OPERATIONS/ASSETS MANAGER for, which she comes uniquely qualified.
To fill the role of INTERNATIONAL ASSET MANAGER (IAM), a political lady also from the “Land of the Humming Birds”, (Trinidad & Tobago) is the leading candidate selected for and to whom this position will be offered, and she is non other that the immediate past local political Tunapuna District Manager as well as past majority party in the ruling coalition leader, Kandijah Ameen. She is the type of individual who is unafraid to take on a worthwhile challenge even amidst insurmountable odds. The lady who is very well qualified to assume this new position can in my opinion be relied on to assist the Proprietorship in meeting its international goals within her area of responsibility and I welcome her with her “winning smile” wholeheartedly.

The role of one of two INTERNATIONAL SUB SUPPLIER COORDINATORS to, which the friend of my long-time “exceptiinally determined” acquaintance, Beverly is currently assigned, will be assigned to another, to whom it was previously assigned in Discourse. However, that position is being redefined to clearly differentiate the role expected of each of these skilled individuals. In this new role, her title will be changed to INTERNATIONAL QUALITY CONSULTANT, who I’m sure will be ready to assume the responsibility that comes with such a role with the type of personal approach that will demonstrate her commitment to ensuring that the overall standards are being effectively implemented in all the areas within the sphere of her professional responsibility as well as in her personal life, which can so easily become prominent when located in an international location if appropriate guidelines aren’t followed, as a representative of the Proprietorship and presenting oneself as skilled professional. Discourse will work with the COORDINATOR, in the eldest of the siblings of the spouse of my former colleague, Curt Bock to ensure that the component, which is destined for Cosvry, meets the required specifications established.
Beverly, on the other hand, will be assigned to the position of SALES CONSULTANT - IP, where she will, along with the other CONSULTANTS be responsible for the sale of what will become one of the Proprietorship’s “flagship” products.


CFWF Section Changes:
The position of ASSISTANT QUALITY CONTROL (QC) CONSULTANT, to, which the son of the INTERNATIONAL ASSET MANAGER, announced above is currently assigned will be reassigned to the second (2nd) of the siblings of the above announced GENERAL OPERATIONS/ASSETS MANAGER and the son of the INTERNATIONAL ASSET MANAGER will be assigned to the new position of ASSISTANT PRODUCT PRODUCTION CONSULTANT. In addition, the third (3rd) sibling of the GENERAL OPERATIONS/ASSETS MANAGER will be assigned to the position of SALES CONSULTANT CFWF - BEDROOM PRODUCTS.

Cosvry Leased Space Section Changes:
This group originally announced in the post
AMENDMENT TO FILLING THE CRITICALLY IMPORTANT POSITIONS OF GENERAL BUSINESS COMPTROLLER(GBC), GENERAL MANAGER INVESTMENT PRODUCTS (GM - IP) AND SALES MANAGER - IP that was subsequently updated to include in this staff, the other three (3) siblings of the Manager in addition to the 2nd of her siblings as announced is being updated to point out the role for, which the 2nd sibling is being selected will be that of CRITIQUE CONSULTANT. In this position, she will provide constructive feedback to the Instructor announced in the post AMENDMENT TO THE ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE IMPORTANT DUAL ROLES REGIONAL MANAGER - COSVRY INVESTMENTS (RM - CI) AND INSTRUCTOR, to assist with the refinement of her presentations in on-going “mock" rehearsal sessions that will result in the eventual broadening of their appeal to wider and wider audiences as a mark of the success of their efforts, to enable this group to achieve their critical long and short-term objectives as defined.

With these announcements of these roles as indicated in this post, I am confident that all these individuals involved will rise to the occasion to assist the Proprietorship and themselves achieve the desired objectives the only way it’s possible, with hard-work, the Cosvry way.
