AMENDMENT TO POSITION ANNOUNCEMENTS AND AN ORGANIZATIONAL FEATURE - UPDATED 3/15 & 3/18/2015


Please note that the transition to this new Blog page has resulted in the need to reissue this post, which is now amended [with the applicable updates shown with (new) indicating an update has been made] and make some additional announced position changes as well as other adjustments.


Introduction:
This post focuses on updates the following positions to streamline the process and make the functioning of the staff more consistent with the expected results desired to enable the Proprietorship to achieve its critical objectives without unanticipated occurrences. The positions affected include: LEGAL BUSINESS ANALYST, GENERAL MANAGER - INVESTMENT PRODUCTS (GM - IP) as well as SALES CONSULTANT - IP with regards the eldest of the siblings of the spouse of my former colleague, Curt Bock and one of the two INTERNATIONAL SUB SUPPLIER CONSULTANTS with respect to my “exceptionally determined” acquaintance Elizabeth Ann Tucker.
Please note that the previous announcements regarding the position of PRICING
MANAGER - IP/CLASSES as well as the on-going sales training feature to be offered to select CFWF sales staff to ensure that these individuals are truly representing the Proprietorship in the manner expected of them in order to convey to customers that they are as important to Cosvry as the any vital staff member, also below, are
unaffected. The indicated changes are discussed below, as follows.

LEGAL BUSINESS ANALYST & GM - IP: (new)
These two individuals will be switching roles as Hillary Rodham move to the position
of LEGAL BUSINESS ANALYST where she will be ably supported by daughter Chelsea and I’m confident that together they will be able to provide the Proprietorship with the type of professional support required to meet its requirements with regards their area of responsibility for a more smoothly and effectively functioning department from the outset, which is an essential criterion even though I have been ambivalent with this in my selection for this critical position, in allowing for an international individual to fill this position after a reasonable learning curve. However, it has now been decided that an individual with the appropriate background will be the best alternative and this has now been satisfied in realignment.

I am also confident that the youngest and only remaining member of the original and late Swanston family, Michal, will be ready, willing and very capable to take over the role of GM - IP for this critical “flagship” product for the Proprietorship, where she will be ably supported by the very responsible SALES MANAGER in the 2nd of two siblings of my former “Stonegate” condo neighbor, Barbara in addition to her sales team, the very capable TECHNICAL COORDINATOR - INVESTMENTS PRODUCTS, in the form of the eldest of the siblings of the one that was inadvertently overlooked as described in the post OVERCOMING GROWING UP WITHOUT A CRITICAL PICTURE IN YOUR LIFE, the very dependable PRODUCTION MANAGER, Celia Holder, the dependable MARKETING SUBCONTRACTOR in Bristol Palin who will be providing the needed marketing services and the very effective and supportive TECHNICAL CONSULTANTS and ASSISTANTS very well lead by the 2nd and 4th siblings of the spouse of my former colleague, Curt Bock. Last but not least is the very cooperative working relationship that will be required with the INTERNATIONAL ASSET MANAGER, who reports to the GENERAL OPERATIONS/ASSETS MANAGER but provides critical support to this group. Please join me in welcoming Michal to this critical position  in, which very tangible results are being expected from the leader of this team that will be reflected in obtaining, maintaining and increasing a wholesale customer base even with expected competition that can always be 
expected to occur.

SALES CONSULTANT - IP & INTERNATIONAL SUB SUPPLIER CONSULTANT: (new)
For these positions, that involve inter departmental staff changes and more
importantly being based fully in an international location that requires a very responsible and capable individual to be very fair as was appropriately described in the post COMPLETING THIS FIRST ROUND OF ANNOUNCEMENTS WITH THE FILLING OF OTHER IP POSITIONS AS WELL AS COSVRY DEVELOPMENT (CD) & BUSINESS INVESTMENT POSITIONS - UPDATED under the title INTERNATIONAL COORDINATOR - IP. Essentially, my “exceptionally determined” acquaintance will be moving into the a sales position in the IP - Sales group to provide needed support to what is expected to become one of Cosvry's "flagship" investment products. On the other hand, the eldest of the siblings of the spouse of my former colleague curt Bock will be moving into the position to, which Elizabeth  Ann Tucker was previously assigned in an international location. This position of INTERNATIONAL SUBSUPPLIER COORDINATOR, which is based in an international location fully (as indicated), with reasonable time off to visit home base as both of these coordinators will be allowed with the capable support of the support of the INTERNATIONAL ASSET MANAGER, is one that can have its own rewards for the  most responsible type individuals as well as for the Proprietorship. Both this eldest sibling of the spouse of my former colleague as well as Beverly (the long-time friend of Elizabeth Ann) in these SUB SUPPLIER roles will become the type of dependable representatives expected to ably represent the Proprietorship, as described in the above linked post. As a result, I’m confident that both these very skilled individuals will be more than able to fill these responsible positions that they have been appropriately selected for based on their capabilities as indicated in this amended 
post.

PRICING MANAGER - IP/CLASSES:
The primary individual considered for and to whom this position will be offered is a
former professional acquaintance with whom I collaborated routinely upon arriving in this State for approximately a decade, who she is highly considered by me and her name is Carla Charliere. This office professional is one who truly represents herself well in the activities she carries out for and on behalf of those within her area of responsibility and I’m confident that the detailed requirements expected of the individual in this position will be entrusted into “good hands” with her as the professional with responsibility for tracking and ensuring that all the required resources that “fashion” the IP and Classes products and services for sale to customers are accounted for in order that the appropriate Cosvry margins can be applied appropriately. I take pleasure in welcoming this “seasoned” professional to the Proprietorship who I found to be always willing to assist in the implementing of the tasks required of her, which she pursued tirelessly with “painstaking” professionalism and detail but with a “warm” smile as she too works to help in the transition from idea to fully functioning outstanding investment business.

CFWF ON-GOING TRAINING:
Select individuals from this section will be expected to undergo training on a routine basis to sharpen their customer interaction skills to ensure that they are representing Cosvry with the highest professional standards that can be expected of them on all occasions, the Cosvry way. The only manner that such can be implemented is via continuous reinforcement to ensure that the needed capabilities are demonstrated continuously, when interacting with customers in a helpful instead of a “hustling” manner that can be readily seen as superficial by all who have the misfortune to come into contact with this type of “unpleasant picture”. The outcome will be a well-trained sales staff instead of shabbily “thrown together” representatives who do nothing more than “scare away” customers and invite only those who have no useful customer-related purpose for frequenting such premises. As the program is developed and more details are available as well as those being considered for undergoing this training are selected, additional information will be made available,
appropriately. 

Conclusion:
As usual these changes were made to ensure that a smoother and effectively run
business operation will be implemented from the outset as the Proprietorship goes from drawing board to full implementation with as few disruptions as possible under the circumstances when any “ground floor” opportunity is being effected and I’m confident that the anticipated full support of these talented individuals will be realized.
