Introduction:
This posting focuses on the remaining staff assignments for those involved in the Leased Space Group to enable them to meet their Critical Objectives, which include: 1) management of the Healthy Classes to effect continuing increased audience participation, 2) keeping an accurate track of audience attendance numbers, 3) managing ticket sales successfully to realize results, which are complimentary to the audience attendance numbers, 4) finding unique advertising strategies involving applicable area establishments that directly translate into increased audience attendance, 5) effectively working with the with Manager - IP/Classes Pricing to ensure an effectively priced product as the desired outcome, 6) maintaining the type of cooperative working relationship with the Instructor to enhance the audience interactive presentation, 7) recording the event on playback media to offer as a stand alone product for those unable to physically attend the interactive sessions, 8) finding and successfully working out the arrangements to eventually “land” the Classes on the Cooking Channel if cost effective, 9) pursuing the potential to offer unique recipe “creations” to interested parties via, which income in the form of royalties can be obtained as an added avenue for income to be split in a 50/50 arrangement (50% being awarded to the staff member/“creator” of the unique recipe and the remaining 50% belonging to the Proprietorship) and 10) the ultimate purchasing of a facility from, which the classes can be offered and any excess space available, leased in, which the Leased Space Group would become the property managers leading to raises for all. In addition, a staff augmentation position for the 3rd CFWF Subcontractual Opportunity arrangement is being announced to ensure that this area as well as the Leased Space Group are able to effectively address the expected challenges to be encountered and by so doing achieve success as an indication of commitment to an idea and then working towards an output target that all involved can be proud of.
Leased Space Group Changes:
In addition to the announcement in the post ADJUSTMENTS TO EFFECT & MAKE ANNOUNCEMENTS OF CRITICAL POSITIONS, the following are needed to realize and meet the challenges involved in this product offering. The position of BUSINESS ACCOUNTS MANAGER, is being assigned to the eldest of the siblings of the Manager, which involves the management of the budget and payroll issues for all the staff and office expenses and as a result, managing costs/spending effectively. The position of OFFICE ASSISTANT/CONSULTANT is being assigned to the 3rd of the siblings of the Manager, who will effectively manage the applicable office issues within the area of her responsibility. The 4th of the siblings of the Manager will be assigned to the position of FLOOR MANAGER, which involves the effective placement of the audience seating arrangement in the auditorium to effect ideal audience interaction, thereby enhancing their experience with either the Instructor or one of her four (4) direct assistants highlighted in the post PARTIALLY-RELATED ADDITIONAL ORGANIZATIONAL ANNOUNCEMENTS. Finally, the position of MEDIA CONSULTANT is being awarded to the youngest member of my former household, Dawn J. Brazant. She will be tasked with recording all the cooking sessions including the applicable sound in addition to the video, which will form the basis for making these sessions available via the appropriate playback media to be carried out by this Group in meeting one of their critical objectives.
The 3rd CFWF Subcontractual Opportunity Augmentation:
For this area for, which its most recent announcement was indicated in the post CHANGES AND ADDITIONS TO COSVRY POSITION AND ENTREPRENEURIAL OPPORTUNITIES ANNOUNCEMENTS - UPDATED, the only daughter of the middle daughter (Jennifer) of the late Swanstons’ is being assigned to the position of OFFICE MANAGER to manage the various office details for the subcontractor, Rihanna. In this way, she is not only being provided with the subcontractual opportunity but also with one of the critical tools needed to maintain an effective office and carry out the expected functions needed to meet the desired objectives for her area of responsibility, which are very broad and full of promise for this young lady to pursue if she desires to take advantage of the spectrum of possibilities (broadening the number of available accessories designs by suggesting others that both compliment and enhance the main lines offered), which is available before her.
Conclusion:
