ADJUSTMENTS TO COMPLIMENTARY ADDITIONS INVOLVING PREVIOUS POSITION ANNOUNCEMENTS


Introduction:
This post focuses on updates to the following positions in order to streamline the process and make the functioning of the staff more consistent with the expectations and desired outcomes required to enable the Proprietorship achieve its critical objectives without unanticipated occurrences. The positions/Groups affected include: LEASED SPACE, a previous SALES CONSULTANT - IP in addition to the GENERAL DEVELOPMENTAL COORDINATOR - CD (GDC - CD) as well as the INTERNATIONAL QUALITY CONSULTANT, as follows.

LEASED SPACE GROUP CHANGE:
To enable this Group to better carry out its critical objectives announced in the post
COMPLIMENTARY ADDITIONS TO PREVIOUS POSITION ANNOUNCEMENTS while taking into consideration the previous announcement in the post ADJUSTMENTS TO EFFECT & MAKE ANNOUNCEMENTS OF CRITICAL POSITIONS, there will be a change in the Group’s structure to ensure that the intended objectives are achieved affecting the overall Manager of the Group and the 2nd of the siblings who essentially will be switching roles, with the 2nd sibling becoming the overall or GENERAL MANAGER of this Group and the role of Critique Consultant being assigned to Jan,  who will now become the CRITIQUE MANAGER. I’m confident that with this alteration the expectations from this critical group’s leader will be obtained to guide this team towards reflecting the type attitude that will enable them to obtain and complete their tasks successfully.

SALES CONSULTANT:
The spouse of my former colleague, Curt Bock, previously announced for this role from, which she was later set aside in the post
AN UPDATE IN ADDITION TO MISCELLANEOUS DETAILS REGARDING POSITION ANNOUNCEMENTS in consideration for a different position as documented in the post AN UPDATE IN ADDITION TO MISCELLANEOUS DETAILS REGARDING POSITION ANNOUNCEMENTS will now remain in that SALES CONSULTANT - IP position, as the previous consideration has been altered and a different path is being pursued in that regard. In any event, I’m confident that she will do her best to help the Proprietorship achieve its critical objectives within her sphere of responsibility.    

GENERAL DEVELOPMENTAL COORDINATOR - CD (GDC - CD) & INTERNATIONAL QUALITY CONSULTANT:
The individuals previous announced in these positions will be switched and reassigned to better serve the best interest of all involved. As a result, the individual previously announced in the position of GDC - CD, the only daughter of my late dear friend, Margaret will now take over the role previously held by Discourse, which will again be entitled INTERNATIONAL SUB SUPPLIER COORDINATOR, based in an international location and tasked with ensuring that the Proprietorship’s requirements in the subcomponent being obtained will be consistently realized under her capable scrutiny that will enable her to become as skilled in this role as she possible can in order to realize the importance of obtaining results the upright way that is being fostered as part of the Cosvry outlook for obtaining outcomes. She will work with the other COORDINATOR announced in the post AMENDMENT TO
POSITION ANNOUNCEMENTS AND AN ORGANIZATIONAL FEATURE - UPDATED, to ensure consistency of product from this critical sub supplier.
Discourse, who was previously announced for this position will become the GDC . CD instead to provide critical support to the COSVRY DEVELOPMENT’s (CD) construction teams by becoming as knowledgeable of the Project Plans details as the Planner themselves to be able to generally avoid costly mistakes and/or “second-guessing” that can lead to costly project overruns, which was most recently discussed in post such as CRITICAL ADJUSTMENTS TO COSVRY POSITION ANNOUNCEMENTS in addition to POSITIONS ANNOUNCEMENT AMENDMENT to gain a better viewpoint of the expectations required from the individuals assigned to these roles. I’m confident that both these individuals will be more than able to fill these responsible positions that they have been appropriately selected for based on their potential and in, which they both can grow to become valued staff members known for their very ethical and responsible conduct.

Conclusion:
As usual these changes were made to ensure that a smoother and effectively run business operation will be implemented from the outset as the Proprietorship goes from drawing board to full implementation with as few disruptions as possible under the circumstances when any “groundfloor” opportunity is being effected and I’m confident that the anticipated full support of all these talented individuals will be realized.
