Introduction:
Due to a change in the focus of other position’s objectives within the Proprietorship’s structure, it has become necessary to make various alteration to other position’s as well to better prepare for the challenges ahead and with viewpoint under consideration the following changes will be needed to carry out the Proprietorship’s critical objectives, as follows. Former Jones County Treasurer, Jan Miller will serve in another capacity as she help manage an asset to be acquired by the Proprietorship from, which the Healthy Lifestyle Cooking Classes are to be held. The original location selected, Des Moines is now changed the new location selected, is discussed in the post AMENDMENT TO THE ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE IMPORTANT DUAL ROLES OF REGIONAL MANAGER - COSVRY INVESTMENTS (RM-CI) AND INSTRUCTOR. This very competent individual is being reassigned to help in this endeavor and will be ably assisted by a support staff that will consist of her other siblings in addition to her second (daughter) as well the youngest member of my former household, Dawn J. Brazant. Further details about this aspect of the Proprietorship’s undertaking will be revealed as appropriate.
The Critical Adjustments Required:
GBC:
The leading candidate selected to fill this void will be the previous candidate selected for the position of GENERAL MANAGER - INVESTMENT PRODUCTS (IP), the adopted daughter of the former leading Lecturer of TCI’s then AOS-awarded, “flagship” course, T-3, Mr. Abelew. Denise the adopted daughter of the late former lecturer who was synonymous with the successful years the T-3 Program held as the main course that the Technical Career Institutes (TCI) had been come to be known for as an Associates Degree Awarding Engineering Technology Program to be envied as documented in the Footnote of the post THE CASE OF THE MISSING RECORDS - UPDATED AND AMENDED. This very skilled lady in her own right comes well qualified to fill this void as a graduate of Long Island University’s chemistry program (from its Brooklyn campus), who spent many years working on product designs at Johnson and Johnson at their New Jersey Headquarters. Even though Cosvry’s products will be of a completely different type than those she previously worked with, the experiences gained will serve her well as she brings her skills to Cosvry and assists the Proprietorship in its transformation from idea to fully functioning and professionally managed outstanding investment business, which will be known for conducting business the Cosvry way.
GM - IP:
To fill the position of GENERAL MANAGER - INVESTMENT PRODUCTS (GM - IP), which Denise was previously announced for, will be the very thoughtful and caring lady earlier announced to be the SALES MANAGER, my former “Stonegate” neighbor, Barbara as documented in the post, SUPPLEMENT NEEDED TO POSITION ANNOUNCEMENTS. Even though a nurse by training, she is very capable and possess the right mix of personal and professional skills to assist the Proprietorship achieve all its critical objectives with this “flagship” product. Barbara, who has faced many challenges in her life, possesses the inner strength to meet this new challenge knowing that she has and will be provided with the support needed to achieve success to assist the Cosvry Proprietorship in its transformation from idea to fully functioning and professionally managed outstanding investment business, which will be known for conducting business the Cosvry way.
SALES MANAGER - IP:
The individual, who will replace Barbara as SALES MANAGER, will be her second daughter previously announced as one of the SALES CONSULTANTS to support her Mother in that regard. She comes well qualified and is very capable and able to assist in helping to guide the Proprietorship’s “flagship” product sales in this “ground floor” opportunity as it’s transformed from idea to fully functioning business. The daughter of her newly appointed SALES MANAGER who was apparently involved in a tragic “accident” after these positions were announced earlier (on 2/15/2015), will herself be replaced in an announcement to be made at a later date, along with the other two individuals and will become the three (3) members of the critical sales support team.
Conclusion:
As typically occurs in any operating business challenges take place and how those unexpected developments are met differentiates a successfully run business from others that simply react to developments by attempting more of the same “whatever works” activities in the hopes that such unethical and marginally criminal activities will rule the day and lead to success while attempting to convey an attitude of being successful moguls and other operators of apparent “successfully” operated, but dictatorially run empires (with questionable foundations as documented in the Conclusion section of the previous post FILLING THE CRITICALLY IMPORTANT POSITIONS OF GENERAL BUSINESS COMPTROLLER (GBC) AND REGIONAL MANAGER - COSVRY INVESTMENTS (RM-CI). Such types manipulate underlings to carry out their “dirty laundry tactics” while standing on the periphery and giving the appearance of being uninvolved in any such highly questionable activities. Most observing aren’t fooled by the convenient “coincidental” accidental developments and only remain silent to avoid being “targeted” themselves and becoming examples such types are known for making to remind others not to act or conduct themselves outside of the manner in, which those of the “free loaders cause” would have them conduct operations, in my opinion as generally described in the previous Blog post THE “FREE LOADERS CAUSE” “CREDIBILITY”, THEIR STORY IS NOW TOLD - UPDATED. I am confident that these two determined ladies, if they agree to assume these positions will contribute significantly to the successes that Cosvry investments will become known for to all with whom it will conduct business and other onlookers as well.

ReplyDeleteUsing various questionally tactics at the State DMV at various County levels to illegally cover-up the existence of my vehicle that was ONLY legally dispossed of on 5/7/2015 via C C Recycling of 41st Street/Avenue Dr SW, Cedar Rapids, IA is not the way to address the fraudulent and improper handling of the legal puchase of my vehicle to in turn permit impostors to continue to operate vehicles in my identity by various questionable “official” types at the State and local levels, who were “elected” to office for such purpses. Those whose business model is based on using criminal activity to conduct business “legally”, and are allowed to continually “think” that such methods are the way to hold me hostage “limitlessly” (as described in items # 6 and 12 of the post THE “FREE LOADERS CAUSE” “CREDIBILITY”, THEIR STORY IS NOW TOLD - UPDATED), is an exercise in futility to enable criminal types of all stripes to hide in my identity because they cannot show how they entered this Country legally; is not a problem of my creation nor am I concerned with how it’s addressed as long as I am not used as a “pawn” by the supporters of such activities who expect much ny doing very, very little for their “slight of hand” methods of demostrating their existence in this Country due to origin issues that “free loader” types all suffer from, even though historical wittnesses of all types are available to demonstrate that such types are NOT whom they are claiming to be as shown in various posts on this Site but is only desired by a few “entitled” types, apparently with little regard ror due process, as ling as their desired “way” is the only “way”, who expect that they can continue to “play” dictatorial games (as referenced HOW CAN A BUSINESS BE OPERATED LIKE A DICTATORSHIP IN A FREE SOCIETY - UPDATED?), in this “Free” society of the “Brave” types who sacrificed much for its existence as documented in the post A CLOSER LOOK AT AN UNUSUAL FORM OF EXEMPLIFIED COURAGE). I expect my decision to legally dispose of my legally purchased vechicle (see below photo) for, which the DMV Plates were turned in on 5/13/2015 at the Jones County DMV office to be handled properly and the results placed in my legally obtained U.S. Postal service, Post Office Box; P.O. Box 11292, Cedar Rapids, IA 52410-6210, whch is my new mailing address as conveyed to the attendant who handled the transaction.
