ADDITIONAL ORGANIZATIONAL ANNOUNCEMENTS - UPDATED


Introduction:
This posting describes the individuals either selected for and/or about whom added responsibilities some will be entrusted to help them develop broader and more effective management skills as appropriate. The positions and/or individuals involved relate to the OFFICE ASSISTANT/CONSULTANT - BUSINESS INVESTMENTS (BI), ASSISTANT QUALITY CONSULTANT and HUMAN RESOURCES (HR) CONSULTANT as well as the individual who as announced will be filling the role of SALES
MANAGER - INVESTMENT PRODUCTS (IP).

OFFICE ASSISTANT/CONSULTANT - BI - UPDATE 3/1/2015:

The individual, Amy Williams previously announced below as filling this role is being reassigned to another position/function, where her unique capabilities, including but not limited to her eye for detail and her pleasant attitude can best serve and that position/role as well as her replacement will be announced at a later date.

OFFICE ASSISTANT/CONSULTANT - BI:

This is a very critically important position and the individual considered for and to whom this role will be offered is the youngest sibling of a very long-time acquaintance whom I met on my first visit to the very scenic state of Vermont, where the locals consider all non Vermonters (those whose roots were not from that State) as “Flatlanders”; and her name is Amy. This very unique acquaintance was from the town of St. Johnsbury, which is located approximately in the middle of the State more or less. Mr. Williams was by occupation, a successful New York investor who attempted to “frame” the developments in his life from a “religious” perspective to the best of his ability and this is how he approached his activities as those who interacted with him in any personal way knew as his youngest and closest to him, did. He was one of the notable individuals from that State who stood out for their kindness even though in his case the interaction was very brief but memorable, such that it gives me joy to return the remarkable expression of thoughtfulness he showed to me in this appointment. Amy, a very capable and skilled lady in her own right who in my opinion, "inherited" his most admirable qualities and will I’m sure assist the Proprietorship in general and her areas of responsibility in particular, achieve all the critical goals to bring about success by ensuring that her pricing area is kept very well organized as she provides exceptional assistance to the section manager, Barbara, my former "Stonegate" (Branford, CT) condo neighbor (announced earlier as
being selected to manage this vitally important section in the post AMENDMENT TO PREVIOUS POSITION ANNOUNCEMENTS).

HUMAN RESOURCES (HR) CONSULTANT & ASSISTANT QUALITY CONTROL CONSULTANT:

The individual previously announced for the role of ASSISTANT QUALITY CONTROL CONSULTANT, Barbara Bush, the daughter of former 1st Lady Laura Bush is being assigned to the new position of HR CONSULTANT, where she will along with the OFFICE ASSISTANT/HR CONSULTANT ensure that all the HR needs of the Proprietorship will be effectively implemented to ensure that the affairs of all staff will be adequately carried out. This very capable young lady will do her best to implement her responsibilities with the utmost professionalism as it transitions from a concept to a working outstanding investment business based on “solid foundations”.
To fill the void left by her reassignment, the oldest sibling of a political Lady from the Land of the Hummingbirds, in the former Tunapuna area (local) political Manager as well as the Ruling Political Party former Leader in the current coalition government, Kandijah Ameen, will become the ASSISTANT QUALITY CONSULTANT. Her oldest sibling is a very capable young man who will represent himself in his own right as he provides assistance to the QUALITY CONSULTANT to implement the quality standards of the Proprietorship as it works to achieve one of its critical objectives, namely becoming the investment business of choice for those seeking quality
products.

SALES MANAGER - IP - EXPANDED RESPONSIBILITIES:

This update relates specially to the second sibling of my former “Stonegate” condo neighbor, Barbara, who will be given the added responsibility of managing a fully owned independent asset of the Proprietorship, based in an international location. There will be no conflict as she will be afforded the time to carry out her international responsibilities and her schedule adjusted accordingly to ensure minimal impact and in this way she will receive much broader management training skills but more importantly how to carry out such, very effectively and I’m sure that she will be the type of capable manager who will take time to be as thoughtful even in her multitasking and as keenly observant as I’m hoping her equally skilled, Mother took the time to cultivate in her siblings as a family feature. This is a conclusion being drawn because when our Creator is involved in or allowed to direct the activities we undertake, all promotions and assigned responsibilities are of His doing and anyone given much responsibility is also expected to conduct themselves as representative
of Him in all their actions.

Conclusion:

Resources are only as meaningful as they are allowed to be used in assisting others pursue and attain objectives that would otherwise be unattainable. When we employ the resources entrusted in our care (that are all owned by ONE, in this manner much satisfaction is derived, much more so than when “hoarding” and selfishness is employed at the expense of others who are victimized as the dictators of past times as well as current day dictatorships and other mogul “wanabees” pursue disgracefully in their attempt to amass personal fortunes that they can never really use and/or enjoy because of how such were obtained, which is the object of the central theme in the post WHAT EREALLY IS UNDERSTANDING - THE ADDENDUM (UPDATED AND AMENDED) in the fourth (4th) example; (used here ONLY to underscore that all resources ultimately belong to God and to distinguish how very far from this fact, conditions in our society are today). I would like to take the time to express my appreciation to these individuals for their willingness to serve in the Cosvry proprietorship, which I/m hoping and expecting that they are looking forward to.
