ENTREPRENEURIAL OPPORTUNITIES - UPDATED

As the plans for Cosvry investment business become more fully developed, there will
be openings for females with chief executive/management type experience gained either nationally or internationally to provide a needed service or services to further strengthen its product base in three areas as these functions will be outsourced. Towards this end, the Investment Products (IP) section of Cosvry is the area in, which two of these opportunities will exist. The first such opportunity will involve the product design functions aspect of a specific product and the second area will involve the marketing and distribution functions of the same product. Cosvry will work with the two individuals selected and assist them in the establishing of their own proprietorships. The first individual selected for the design business will possess the appropriate mix of skills from among a pool of three with similarly connected qualifications, to be assisted in establishing the proper "picture" of the Proprietorship to developed that will enable this "critical" service to be obtained in a professional manner. The second candidate selected, will be assisted with the establishing of a marketing and distribution business with the implementing of the needed infrastructure (or direct “bridge”) that in turn will permit this unique entrepreneur (with the ideal skills mix) to carry out the marketing needed to ensure the success of this specific product. This entrepreneur will also carry out the distribution functions for this wholesale product, to various national retailers nationwide working cooperatively with the Cosvry sales team.
The third area in, which outsourcing activity will take place will be in the Cosvry Fine Wood Furnishings (CFWF) section for an individual with an existing business (proprietorship), from whom Cosvry will in turn subcontract the needed service. In all three cases specified, the services and/or functions required will be continually obtained from the businesses, thereby ensuring the proprietorships established of an on-going revenue source in a long-term arrangement for them. These individuals may have obtained their skills from public service, business generally or privately etc., as long as the desire to adapt and bring those skills to a new business in a unique arrangement for this ground-floor opportunity being embarked upon. The willingness to adapt on the part of those so assisted, will work well towards the fostering and establishing of the type of working relationship that will result in growth for both Cosvry and the selected subcontractor(s) to over time, enable the hiring of needed staff to become a vital support for their own financial growth as well as for the staff in the type of working arrangement that will be developed or established to provide the niche services and/or functions needed to assist Cosvry in building the ideal outstanding, investment/product base Proprietorship with unique support structures, for the benefit of all involved
