Introduction:
The very, very slim down Proprietorship as depicted in the 5TH REVISED CONCEPTUAL ORGANIZATIONAL CHART FOR THE CONSERVERY "HOLDING BASE" COSVRY SUBSIDIARY'S BUSINESS MODEL will consist of only a single service offering as all the other considerations have become too cumbersome to implement from the ground up and make them fiscally sound. As a result the structure will be as described below. Please follow for the details.
The Cosvry Subsidiary Going Forward:
The new updated Proprietorship will consist of the special Position OVERSEER - STRATEGIC OPERATIONS who fills in for the Proprietor in his absence to ensure smooth business operations as documented in the post STRATEGIC POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT - UPDATED, whose full responsibilities as listed there, will not be further described here. The remainder of the business structure includes: 1) the new full time position of ADMINISTRATOR - COSVRY OPERATIONS for an individual to be based in the Cosvry Proprietorship and to whom all the Consultants will report too. This Administrator will schedule all the Consultants meetings with prospective clientele, in effect doing the upfront legwork for them via phone communication mainly. The Consultants who work part time at these activities will then follow-up the prospective leads in their meetings and secure the actual Evaluation activity and for this type of arrangement the Administration will receive 25% of the Consultants Finders Fee and the Consultants receiving 75%. This Administrator will report to the Proprietor and as a result, the individual selected for and to whom this position will be offered is my dear sister June Norville. I'm confident in her ability to manage these activities with the skill and tact that will clearly demonstrate the type of professional she is and will be supported in this position by 2) a full time ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATOR, who will also be a very skilled individual that will share these responsibilities together with my sister and will also receive a similar compensation rate for all leads that result in actual Evaluations being secured by the Consultants. The individual to whom this position will be offered is the former Vicky VonBehren's 1st younger twin; 3) the PROPRIETOR'S FINANCIAL AFFAIRS OVERSEER in this full time position whose responsibilities in addition to those discussed in the post THE PROPRIETOR'S FINANCIAL AFFAIRS OVERSEE will include being tasked with carrying out oversight participation in ALL Evaluation activities in Districts 1 & 2 and for such involvement, the Overseer will be compensated at a rate equivalent to 1.5% times that of the Consultants. The individual to whom this position will now be offered is the daughter of Janet Windus. Even though the responsibilities of this role requires examining the overall financial "picture" in addition to those now included above, I'm confident that this notable professional will manage these competing interest very skillfully; 4) the full time PERSONAL FINANCE MANAGER TO THE PROPRIETOR whose responsibilities in addition to those documented in the post AMENDMENT TO THE PROPRIETOR'S PERSONAL FINANCE MANAGER’S RESPONSIBILITIES will now include being tasked with participating in ALL Evaluations activities in Districts 4-8, and for this oversight involvement, the Finance Manager will be compensated at a rate similar to the Overseer as indicated above. As a result, the individual to whom this crucial and very responsible role will now be offered is the lady with some success as a reliable "coach" as well as with balancing many different roles in Anne Hathaway. The areas of the Proprietors personal financial affairs that this position will also be responsible for include but are not limited to are; taxes, accounting, ensuring that all regulatory requirements are complied with to maintain operating and benefits. The other individuals in positions 5) - 10) who will all be part time Independent Marketing Evaluations Consultants, (INECs), consistent with the positions in the AMENDED PERSONAL INVESTMENTS SUPPLEMENT * (see Footnote), as specifically described below for the previously determined districts and depicted in the Table of "HOLDING BASE" COSVRY SUBSIDIARY'S NATIONAL INDEPENDENT EVALUATIONS MARKETING DISTRICTS/CONSULTANTS; are as follows:

- the only offspring of my childhood dear friend Olivia Gibbons - IC, District 1
- the 1st granddaughter of the late Lyn Swanston - VP Manager, District 2
- the 1st daughter of Franchise Holder - VP, IC, District 3
- the older daughter of the mother of Larios - IC, District 4/5
- the youngest of Kandijah Ameen's three (3) offspring - IC, District 6 and
- the daughter of the late Jessie Edwards - IC District /7.
These individuals will all receive adequate training to prepare them for the task ahead in a more manageable approach and a result, more can be accomplished with less thereby saving considerable resources in this undertaking as much as I wish that more could be assisted but it's just not feasible with the objective to be careful with set resource objectives. The Holding Base" itself will consist of six (6) individuals besides the Proprietor in keeping with the same set objective, namely balancing what can be accommodated with the fact that very limited resources will be available and these will be discussed on the "Holding Base" Site. Conclusion:
While the desire to assist more is there, it's just not possible with the strict resources that will be available if long-term survivability is a desired goal and objective and it most definitely is. I would like to take this opportunity to wish all who were previously under consideration as posted the best and hope that they will all be successful in all their endeavors as well as take the time to welcome and congratulate all identified in whom confidence is being placed that they will be successful in achieving the Proprietorship's business goals.
