Introduction:
Since the structure of the current “Holding Base” Proprietorship is so very different from what was originally proposed in the post “THE UNVEILING OF NEW "HOLDING BASE" PROPRIETORSHIP/SUBSIDIARIES - UPDATED” that a new unveiling was warranted and that is the purpose of this post* (see Footnote1), which is an amendment to the post REORGANIZATIONAL SHAKEUP - UPDATED. Please follow below for the details.
The New “Holding Base” Model:
As depicted in the updated Organizational Chart for the slim down Model approach, only the COSVRY DEVELOPMENT subsidiary Proprietorship will now be a part of the organizational focus, and those who have been considered for positions in this new model will be announced in the new Organization described in the following description. As shown in the Chart, representing the Proprietor in his absence is the SPECIAL ASSISTANT TO THE PROPRIETOR, who fills in for the Proprietor such that business operations will continue uninterrupted and who will be briefed appropriately to ensure continuity with the direct reports of the Proprietor upon assuming the position. (Other details about this position are contained on the Organizational Chart), and the individual considered for and to whom it will be offered is, now my long time acquaintance, Denise Maddox whose financial opinions are respected and is known to be a reliable and dependable lady in the interest of showing her that she has long been appreciated and the confidence I have in her ability to manage affairs in my absence, instead of my dear sister, June Norville (who prefers the challenge of entrepreneurial activity and will be focusing on growing the Hawaii Proprietorship as documented in the post SHAKE-UP EFFECTING ALL CLCHS BAKERY – AMENDMENT UPDATED). (As a result of this change, Elin will replace Janet as Base Coordinators Marketing/Sales Manager, Janet will become Communications Manager, and Jeanie will now replace my cousin Abby as a partner in and a supplier in the Southeast ClChs Bakery Mobile Proprietorship, discussed below and Kim Kardashian will become the Proprietor’s Personal International Projects Coordinator for his personal finances in conjunction with either or both the Proprietor and the Proprietor’s Personal Finance Manager as appropriate - *see Footnote). Also, in this regard, the older granddaughter of Jeanie Keiper will take over the role of Design Legal Analyst (discussed below). This equally very talented lady has been managing various enterprises for years and will be at “home” as appropriate, when the responsibilities are turned over to her for action in handling them. The critical position, that’s not really a “Holding Base” typical role even though the assigned responsibilities as described, can directly impact the Organization in THE PROPRIETOR'S FINANCIAL AFFAIRS OVERSEER, is also shown on the Chart for completeness and will now be awarded to an individual who previously was considered and was reassigned, however, after giving consideration to the overall implications, it was decided to fill this position with a very dependable lady who knows how to handle the difficulties placed before her unexpectedly and do the best in her ability without reliance on any outside assistance and this is the type of attitude that needed her for this position for, which Jan Miller and as a result, Linda will become the Personal Finance Manager instead. This lady will the same resolute attitude that I have come to respect in her, in this regard and In her, I’m confident that this position will be fulfilled as intended with regards the responsibilities as outlined in the post SPECIAL “HOLDING BASE” STAFF/ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITY - SUPPLEMENTED. Furthermore, though not a “Holding Base” position, the PERSONAL FINANCE MANAGER TO THE PROPRIETOR will now be the former Linda Lingle and the former Kate Middleton will become an Independent Marketing/Sales Proprietor as indicated in the stand alone Page "HOLDING BASE" NATIONAL INDEPENDENT MARKETING/SALES PROPRIETORSHIPS OPERATING AREAS Likewise, the PERSONAL FINANCIAL CONSULTANT, as depicted in the CLCHS BAKERY MOBILE OPERATING/OTHER PERSONAL INVESTMENTS MODEL - REVISION 2, will be the younger of the twins of the former Vicky VonBehern’s eldest, who also serves as the Online Freelance Editor. The direct reports of the Proprietor will be: 1) the head of day-to-day financial operations the FINANCIAL COMPTROLLER, who will now be who will now be Janet L. Windus instead, this skillful fencer from my college days, who was my Management Accounting study partner, friend, acquaintance and designer understands only too well the importance of challenging circumstances and responding appropriately recognizes that as a leader a certain decorum is followed in order to set the correct tone for those under her direct reporting as well as within her sphere of responsibility that is so critical when financial discipline is of the utmost importance, which (by her manner or conduct) is setting the “tone” throughout the organization, to ensure that the desired goals and objectives are achieved, that in her case is focusing on “longer term” issues in order that direct reports can take care of day to day issues in need of addressing, 2) the OFFICE ASSISTANT/CONSULTANT, who will be the 1st daughter of Fanchise Holder, whose assistance will be vital for ensuring an effectively run business beginning with the Proprietor and includes all the staff, 3) the GENERAL HUMAN RESOURCES (HR) MANAGER (GHRM) who will now Abby John instead (as a result, the Proprietor of Paulson’s Repair will replace Jeanie Keiper as the main supplier in Hawaii along with her Daughter and Jeanie Keiper will replace Abby as a partner/supplier in the Southeast ClChs Proprietorship as documented in the post SHAKE-UP EFFECTING ALL CLCHS BAKERY – AMENDMENT UPDATED), 4) the BASE COORDINATORS MARKETING/SALES MANAGER (BCM/SM) position (that is similar to Regional Manager in the previous organizational model) will now be offered to that exceptionally determined lady as her mother Laura, and the younger of her twin daughters, Barbara Bush. This adept skillful and accomplished lady will guide these Base Coordinators in their activities with regards the seeking out of bid opportunities for construction projects for the “Holding Base” to lay the groundwork that will ultimately help the Teams secure high regard for track records that’s second to none. (Elin will now focus on managing her Distribution Proprietorship and in this eliminate any potential conflicts as documented in the post SHAKE-UP EFFECTING ALL CLCHS BAKERY- AMENDMENT UPDATED). 5) Special Positions of; a) ONLINE FREELANCE EDITOR, b) PART-TIME TRAINING CONSULTANT with 1 VP TRAINING ASSISTANT, c) FLEET PROGRAM NEGOTIATOR, d) PART TIME EVENT COORDINATOR, e) DESIGN LEGAL ANALYST and f) PART TIME EVALUATIONS MARKETING MANAGERS, who will be a) the younger of the Former Vicky VonBehren 1st Twin, b) the former Ivana Trump with the next to the youngest in Ivana’s family as the VP (- Barbara Bush will now serve in another role as described in the Conclusion section of the post SHAKE-UP EFFECTING ALL CLCHS BAKERY – AMENDMENT UPDATED), c) my former CE colleague Pauline, d) the adopted daughter of my late lecturer - Denise (the Advance Personnel Office Manager is now a partner in a new Proprietorship with Michelle Obama as documented I n the post PERSONAL INVESTMENTS ANNOUNCEMENT), e) the older granddaughter of Jeanie Keiper and f) the eldest daughter of the former Vicky VonBehren’s 1st and the older of the 2 daughters of the late Lyn Swanston, respectively as well as 6) elevating the COMMUNICATIONS/MEDIA MANAGER that will now be filled by the 2nd of the daughters of the former Tipper Gore, 7) LEGAL BUSINESS ANALYST, which will now be offered to Janice Forde, who evaluate the various issues of importance to the “Holding Base” with the potential to impact the Proprietorship’s business interest financially and 8) 1 VP PERSONAL ASSISTANT to the Proprietor, who will be the 1st Granddaughter of the late Lyn Swanston to ensure the focus of the Proprietor is maintained on “big picture” issues..
Responsibilities of and the Direct Reports/Remaining Organizational Staff:
Financial Comptroller:
The direct reports of the Financial Comptroller will be: 1) the GENERAL MANAGER - COSVRY DEVELOPMENT (GM-CD) will now again be the former Bobbie Ellis, a professional who spent years challenging students as a 4th Grade teacher by stressing discipline in the classroom affairs will now use these same principles to ensure that project discipline is maintained in whatever tasks are undertaken in order that all activities will be completed according to the projected schedule/budget, which is essential for the “course being charted”. In addition, in the GM-CD’s group will be: 1) the GENERAL DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR who will be supervising the Skills Trades Carpentry Team that position now will now be offered to the “spouse” of my former colleague Curt Bock, 2) two (2) DEVELOPMENT COORDINATORS, who will be supervising the Electrical and Tiling Teams. These positions will be offered to Chelsea Clinton and Laurie Damman respectively, 3) LEAD PROJECT PLANNER will be offered to my former colleague Curt Bock and 4) two (2) ASSISTANT PLANNER positions and 1 VP PLANNER ASSISTANT, which will now be offered to the eldest sibling of the former Vicky VonBehren, Carla Charliere's Older Daughter and the younger of the Daughters of the Mother of Larios, respectively. As depicted in the Organizational Chart, there will be up to approximately 60 skilled trades staff positions, comprising teams of 20 each for those willing to become skilled in their choice from the three skills trade areas depicted, please let either, GM-CD, one of the Supervisors identified, the GHRM or myself know of your interest for consideration, 2) the GENERAL ACCOUNTS MANAGER (GAM), a new position that will now be filled by Tricia Norville and is the financial “arm” on whom the Comptroller relies for ensuring that the Proprietorship’s finances as within her sphere of responsibilities are in good order. In the GAM group will be the ACCOUNTING MANAGER, which will be offered to Gerdes who will have the VP ACCOUNTS CONSULTANT position under her, which will be offered to the older of the daughters of Abby John. In addition, replacing Tricia as the PRICING & BID PROJECTS MANAGER, which is a combination of the previous Pricing Group’s responsibilities and Bid projects that will be offered to Jessie Mart, whose job it will be to 1) take the interim project plans and 2) obtain critical pricing details from the Pricing Group and transform these various inputs into completed bid proposals to, which 3) “Holding Base” margins to be made available appropriately will be applied. To assist the Manager will be the PRICING COORDINATOR, which will be offered to my late friend Margaret’s 1st granddaughter and the BID PROJECTS CONSULTANT, which will be offered to Jeanie Keiper. These bid proposals will be used to submit for the various construction projects that will be competed for. Also reporting to the GAM will be 1 FLEET CONSULTANT and 1 FLEET ASSET ASSISTANT MANAGER who will be responsible for knowing what type in addition to the current status of all the vehicles in the Fleet Program, including being aware of any details that could impact the vehicles warranty and by default, their resale value. Also in this Group will be 1 FLEET PROGRAM COORDINATOR and 1 VP FLEET ASSISTANT who is responsible for ensuring that the Program “pool of funds” are maintained current with lease payments for every Program vehicle and that the funds are effectively managed, by ensuring that the proper attention is drawn to their status, as appropriate. These positions will be offered to the only daughter of my late TCI and Pratt Graduating classmate - Kevin Wong (shown in the #3 photo position seated next to me in the #2 photo position on the more formal Photo Taking Day), the Proprietor of Paulson’s Repair and the former Tipper Gore respectively and to assist her (the Fleet Coordinator) with the significant responsibility, will be Janice Forde’s youngest daughter in the VP position. Also working with the GAM will also be 1 VP HR ASSISTANT to enable the General Manager to carry out the assigned responsibilities more efficiently by focusing on the longer term issues and the individual who will undertake this assignment is the 3rd daughter of my sister June, 3) the VP PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR position that will be offered to Gabby, who will be ably assisted by the GENERAL CONSULTANT, who will be the eldest Daughter of the Advance Personnel Office Manager, with Kim Harbin and Kandijah Ameen being offered the positions as MOBILE CONSULTANTS. On the other hand, the older Daughter of Larios’s Mother and Jan Miller’s 4th Daughter will be offered positions as TASK CONSULTANTS, assisting the General Consultant in developing instruction modules for the various age groups as well as in turn assisting guardians with the instruction needed by their dependents. The General Consultant will also be assisted in this effort by 1 VP TASK ASSISTANT, who will be the younger of the daughters of the late Lyn Swanston, 4) OPERATIONS ANALYST that will be offered to Jan Miller, 5) the FACILITIES MANAGER, which will be offered to Chris Blood, 6) the IT MANAGER and that position will be offered to the daughter of Olivia Gibbons, Also working with the IT Manager will be one (1) IT CONSULTANT and 1VP IT CONSULTANT who will assist the IT MANAGER and these positions will be offered to the eldest daughter of the older twin daughters of the former Vicky VonBehren’s 1st, eldest daughter and Barbara’s 2nd Daughter’s eldest and 7) PERSONAL ASSISTANT, whose job it will be to assist the Comptroller by ensuring that her focus is maintained on longer-term issues impacting her business area of responsibility while leaving the day-to-day details to her direct reports and this position will be offered to the eldest Daughter of Kim Kardashian, who will become a very valuable asset to the Comptroller in her role’
Office Assistant/Consultant:
This professional will ensure the smooth running of the “Holding Base” office, which she manages and ensures that all the staff are functioning efficiently and with her able assistance directs all activities relating to the proper office direction, such as ensuring that all the Personal Assistants are trained and that they are able to rotate into various office functions as appropriate in order to assist with their skills development to be able to on occasion assist as needed in other staff positions. In addition, the Office assistant will ensure that all office records are efficiently prepared and appropriately stored/filed (in duplicate) for those that are most critical, etc.
Human Resources:
Working with the GHRM will the new VP HUMAN RESOURCES CONSULTANT, which will be offered to the younger of the 2 daughter of my cousin Abby John, and together they will “guard” these very important records for the “Holding Base”.
Sales/Marketing:
Working with the BCM/SM will be the LEAD COORDINATORS (who are: in District 1 - Olivia Gibbons, in District 2 - Pat Huque, in District 3 - the Sister of Chris Blood, in District 4 - the 2nd of Jan Miller’s daughters, District 5 - the 1st of the daughters of the “spouse” of my former colleague Curt Bock, District 6 - the late Ken Rohde’s daughter and District 7 - Lily Covington) in each District, who will in turn provide guidance to the other Coordinators in the assigned area, as depicted in the "HOLDING BASE" NATIONAL COORDINATORS & EVALUATIONS MARKETING DISTRICTS with the availability of an ASSISTANT BASE MANAGER to enable the Manager to carry out the task of supervising the dual function Base Coordinators/Part Time Evaluations Consultants effectively. She (the Manager) can be designated to take part in evaluations that Consultants have no active interest as the Overseer and Training personnel and receive similar commission fees and the individual who will be assigned this role (Assistant Base Manager) is the 2nd daughter of my sister June.
Communications/Media:
Working with the Communications/Media Manager will be: the new position of ASSISTANT COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER, which will be offered to the Kathryn Huque, who will provide the needed support to the and her Team to carry out and maintain the tasks required. The team will also include the new position of PART TIME MEDIA CONSULTANT, which will be offered to the eldest daughter of the former Vicky VonBehren's 1st, whose role it will be to handle all activities relating to advertising for the “Holding Base”, whether online or through existing media. Also assisting the Communications Manager will also be three (3) VP COMMUNICATIONS CONSULTANTS in the 3rd of my late friend Margaret’s Granddaughters as well as the younger of the Daughters of Carla Charliere and the 1st of the daughters of Kandijah Ameen. Also assisting the Communications Manager, will be 1 VP PERSONAL ASSISTANT to ensure that her task ahead will be implemented successfully in helping her to maintain her schedule of assignments as she takes on and carries out the task of implementing the needed network efficiently, and for this position the only daughter of the late Jenny Swanston will be assigned. This young lady as her late Mother (who excelled at overcoming hurdles to attain her goal), will maintain hers of well as Janet’s attention focused in order to achieve the desired objectives of that demanding office efficiently. Special Positions:
The Special position of Fleet Negotiator will be responsible for securing the best Fleet arrangement with the Manufacturer of choice through negotiations that will take place over time and much deliberation with very savvy and “clever: business types in some quarters. Pauline’s job will be to “clear away” all the distracting details and secure the best financial deal for the “Holding Base” staff in spite of the obstacles that will be introduced by some who rely on such tactics to conduct business. The Design Legal Analyst will be essentially responsible for ensuring that the intellectual property rights of the “Holding Base” including its staff are firmly under control. The responsibilities of the Online Editor and Part-Time Training Consultant were previously described in earlier posts. In addition, the new position of Part Time Event Coordinator will require this part time staff member to facilitate 1) the Proprietor’s staff meetings (for direct reports) as well as 2) the Evaluations Marketing Consultants training sessions (about, which more details are discussed in part in the Conclusion section of the post SHAKE-UP EFFECTING ALL CLCHS BAKERY - AMENDMENT UPDATED). Finally, the new position of Part Time Evaluations Marketing Manager (with emphasis on large-scale public forums, such as trade shows and conventions, etc.), in the eldest daughter of the former Vick VonBehren’s 1st, as well as the older of the 2 daughters of the late Lyn Swanston, whom I have come to realize are very determined and focused ladies when it comes to achieving the desired outcome as they both have in their various careers and will aim their marketing activity, whether online or traditional efforts on such gatherings to market the Evaluations and secure clientele through such avenues for, which they will receive the same commission arrangements as the Overseer, Trainers etc., and can also be designated to attend such that result from their marketing efforts and will receive up to 1.5% depending on the level of involvement.
Additional VP Opportunities:
Some additional deserving rising individuals of promise will be offered assistance by also including them in the VP work study Program to prepare them for the work force along with those previously indicated by their positions as designated with (VP) in the Organizational Chart. These include: 1) the 1st Daughter of Franchise Holder (identified), 2) Janice Forde’s youngest daughter (identified), 3) the oldest daughter of Kim Kardashian (identified), 4) the only Daughter of the late Jenny Swanston (identified), 5) the younger of the Daughters of the late Lyn Swanston (identified), 6) the younger of the two Daughters of Larios’ Mother (identified), 7) the next to the youngest sibling in the former Ivana Trump’s family (identified), 8) the younger of the daughters of Kandijah Ameen (identified), 9) the 1st Granddaughter of the late Lyn Swanston (identified) and 10) the youngest of the daughters of my sister June. They may also be other opportunities for the staff aware of such individuals, who can make them known to me for consideration.
Conclusion:
It is now felt that the level of staff being supported will be sustainable economically as a functional business unit with operations in the locations to be announced on the Pages of these Blogs. It is regrettable that all previously considered could not be accommodated but this would not have been sound business management from a “big” picture perspective. As a result, this slim down organization is the appropriate “model” that will be maintained with those selected and identified “on board”. Those selected for the National Base Coordinators will be trained to be able to carry out part time Evaluations Marketing as the training effort involved in the previously selected number would have been prohibitive to sustain economically, with an effectively trained and professionally individuals being the desired objective. Therefore, please join me in congratulating and welcoming those selected for the positions outlined and at the same time wishing all who could not be accommodated the best.

Responsibilities of and the Direct Reports/Remaining Organizational Staff:
Financial Comptroller:
The direct reports of the Financial Comptroller will be: 1) the GENERAL MANAGER - COSVRY DEVELOPMENT (GM-CD) will now again be the former Bobbie Ellis, a professional who spent years challenging students as a 4th Grade teacher by stressing discipline in the classroom affairs will now use these same principles to ensure that project discipline is maintained in whatever tasks are undertaken in order that all activities will be completed according to the projected schedule/budget, which is essential for the “course being charted”. In addition, in the GM-CD’s group will be: 1) the GENERAL DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR who will be supervising the Skills Trades Carpentry Team that position now will now be offered to the “spouse” of my former colleague Curt Bock, 2) two (2) DEVELOPMENT COORDINATORS, who will be supervising the Electrical and Tiling Teams. These positions will be offered to Chelsea Clinton and Laurie Damman respectively, 3) LEAD PROJECT PLANNER will be offered to my former colleague Curt Bock and 4) two (2) ASSISTANT PLANNER positions and 1 VP PLANNER ASSISTANT, which will now be offered to the eldest sibling of the former Vicky VonBehren, Carla Charliere's Older Daughter and the younger of the Daughters of the Mother of Larios, respectively. As depicted in the Organizational Chart, there will be up to approximately 60 skilled trades staff positions, comprising teams of 20 each for those willing to become skilled in their choice from the three skills trade areas depicted, please let either, GM-CD, one of the Supervisors identified, the GHRM or myself know of your interest for consideration, 2) the GENERAL ACCOUNTS MANAGER (GAM), a new position that will now be filled by Tricia Norville and is the financial “arm” on whom the Comptroller relies for ensuring that the Proprietorship’s finances as within her sphere of responsibilities are in good order. In the GAM group will be the ACCOUNTING MANAGER, which will be offered to Gerdes who will have the VP ACCOUNTS CONSULTANT position under her, which will be offered to the older of the daughters of Abby John. In addition, replacing Tricia as the PRICING & BID PROJECTS MANAGER, which is a combination of the previous Pricing Group’s responsibilities and Bid projects that will be offered to Jessie Mart, whose job it will be to 1) take the interim project plans and 2) obtain critical pricing details from the Pricing Group and transform these various inputs into completed bid proposals to, which 3) “Holding Base” margins to be made available appropriately will be applied. To assist the Manager will be the PRICING COORDINATOR, which will be offered to my late friend Margaret’s 1st granddaughter and the BID PROJECTS CONSULTANT, which will be offered to Jeanie Keiper. These bid proposals will be used to submit for the various construction projects that will be competed for. Also reporting to the GAM will be 1 FLEET CONSULTANT and 1 FLEET ASSET ASSISTANT MANAGER who will be responsible for knowing what type in addition to the current status of all the vehicles in the Fleet Program, including being aware of any details that could impact the vehicles warranty and by default, their resale value. Also in this Group will be 1 FLEET PROGRAM COORDINATOR and 1 VP FLEET ASSISTANT who is responsible for ensuring that the Program “pool of funds” are maintained current with lease payments for every Program vehicle and that the funds are effectively managed, by ensuring that the proper attention is drawn to their status, as appropriate. These positions will be offered to the only daughter of my late TCI and Pratt Graduating classmate - Kevin Wong (shown in the #3 photo position seated next to me in the #2 photo position on the more formal Photo Taking Day), the Proprietor of Paulson’s Repair and the former Tipper Gore respectively and to assist her (the Fleet Coordinator) with the significant responsibility, will be Janice Forde’s youngest daughter in the VP position. Also working with the GAM will also be 1 VP HR ASSISTANT to enable the General Manager to carry out the assigned responsibilities more efficiently by focusing on the longer term issues and the individual who will undertake this assignment is the 3rd daughter of my sister June, 3) the VP PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR position that will be offered to Gabby, who will be ably assisted by the GENERAL CONSULTANT, who will be the eldest Daughter of the Advance Personnel Office Manager, with Kim Harbin and Kandijah Ameen being offered the positions as MOBILE CONSULTANTS. On the other hand, the older Daughter of Larios’s Mother and Jan Miller’s 4th Daughter will be offered positions as TASK CONSULTANTS, assisting the General Consultant in developing instruction modules for the various age groups as well as in turn assisting guardians with the instruction needed by their dependents. The General Consultant will also be assisted in this effort by 1 VP TASK ASSISTANT, who will be the younger of the daughters of the late Lyn Swanston, 4) OPERATIONS ANALYST that will be offered to Jan Miller, 5) the FACILITIES MANAGER, which will be offered to Chris Blood, 6) the IT MANAGER and that position will be offered to the daughter of Olivia Gibbons, Also working with the IT Manager will be one (1) IT CONSULTANT and 1VP IT CONSULTANT who will assist the IT MANAGER and these positions will be offered to the eldest daughter of the older twin daughters of the former Vicky VonBehren’s 1st, eldest daughter and Barbara’s 2nd Daughter’s eldest and 7) PERSONAL ASSISTANT, whose job it will be to assist the Comptroller by ensuring that her focus is maintained on longer-term issues impacting her business area of responsibility while leaving the day-to-day details to her direct reports and this position will be offered to the eldest Daughter of Kim Kardashian, who will become a very valuable asset to the Comptroller in her role’
Office Assistant/Consultant:
This professional will ensure the smooth running of the “Holding Base” office, which she manages and ensures that all the staff are functioning efficiently and with her able assistance directs all activities relating to the proper office direction, such as ensuring that all the Personal Assistants are trained and that they are able to rotate into various office functions as appropriate in order to assist with their skills development to be able to on occasion assist as needed in other staff positions. In addition, the Office assistant will ensure that all office records are efficiently prepared and appropriately stored/filed (in duplicate) for those that are most critical, etc.
Human Resources:
Working with the GHRM will the new VP HUMAN RESOURCES CONSULTANT, which will be offered to the younger of the 2 daughter of my cousin Abby John, and together they will “guard” these very important records for the “Holding Base”.
Sales/Marketing:
Working with the BCM/SM will be the LEAD COORDINATORS (who are: in District 1 - Olivia Gibbons, in District 2 - Pat Huque, in District 3 - the Sister of Chris Blood, in District 4 - the 2nd of Jan Miller’s daughters, District 5 - the 1st of the daughters of the “spouse” of my former colleague Curt Bock, District 6 - the late Ken Rohde’s daughter and District 7 - Lily Covington) in each District, who will in turn provide guidance to the other Coordinators in the assigned area, as depicted in the "HOLDING BASE" NATIONAL COORDINATORS & EVALUATIONS MARKETING DISTRICTS with the availability of an ASSISTANT BASE MANAGER to enable the Manager to carry out the task of supervising the dual function Base Coordinators/Part Time Evaluations Consultants effectively. She (the Manager) can be designated to take part in evaluations that Consultants have no active interest as the Overseer and Training personnel and receive similar commission fees and the individual who will be assigned this role (Assistant Base Manager) is the 2nd daughter of my sister June.
Communications/Media:
Working with the Communications/Media Manager will be: the new position of ASSISTANT COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER, which will be offered to the Kathryn Huque, who will provide the needed support to the and her Team to carry out and maintain the tasks required. The team will also include the new position of PART TIME MEDIA CONSULTANT, which will be offered to the eldest daughter of the former Vicky VonBehren's 1st, whose role it will be to handle all activities relating to advertising for the “Holding Base”, whether online or through existing media. Also assisting the Communications Manager will also be three (3) VP COMMUNICATIONS CONSULTANTS in the 3rd of my late friend Margaret’s Granddaughters as well as the younger of the Daughters of Carla Charliere and the 1st of the daughters of Kandijah Ameen. Also assisting the Communications Manager, will be 1 VP PERSONAL ASSISTANT to ensure that her task ahead will be implemented successfully in helping her to maintain her schedule of assignments as she takes on and carries out the task of implementing the needed network efficiently, and for this position the only daughter of the late Jenny Swanston will be assigned. This young lady as her late Mother (who excelled at overcoming hurdles to attain her goal), will maintain hers of well as Janet’s attention focused in order to achieve the desired objectives of that demanding office efficiently. (Abby will become a partner in the new Hawaii Distributorship Proprietorship with my sister June Norville as discussed in the post SHAKE-UP EFFECTING ALL CLCHS BAKERY - AMENDMENT UPDATED).
Special Positions:
The Special position of Fleet Negotiator will be responsible for securing the best Fleet arrangement with the Manufacturer of choice through negotiations that will take place over time and much deliberation with very savvy and “clever: business types in some quarters. Pauline’s job will be to “clear away” all the distracting details and secure the best financial deal for the “Holding Base” staff in spite of the obstacles that will be introduced by some who rely on such tactics to conduct business. The Design Legal Analyst will be essentially responsible for ensuring that the intellectual property rights of the “Holding Base” including its staff are firmly under control. The responsibilities of the Online Editor and Part-Time Training Consultant were previously described in earlier posts. In addition, the new position of Part Time Event Coordinator will require this part time staff member to facilitate 1) the Proprietor’s staff meetings (for direct reports) as well as 2) the Evaluations Marketing Consultants training sessions (about, which more details are discussed in part in the Conclusion section of the post SHAKE-UP EFFECTING ALL CLCHS BAKERY - AMENDMENT UPDATED). Finally, the new position of Part Time Evaluations Marketing Manager (with emphasis on large-scale public forums, such as trade shows and conventions, etc.), in the eldest daughter of the former Vick VonBehren’s 1st, as well as the older of the 2 daughters of the late Lyn Swanston, whom I have come to realize are very determined and focused ladies when it comes to achieving the desired outcome as they both have in their various careers and will aim their marketing activity, whether online or traditional efforts on such gatherings to market the Evaluations and secure clientele through such avenues for, which they will receive the same commission arrangements as the Overseer, Trainers etc., and can also be designated to attend such that result from their marketing efforts and will receive up to 1.5% depending on the level of involvement.
Additional VP Opportunities:
Some additional deserving rising individuals of promise will be offered assistance by also including them in the VP work study Program to prepare them for the work force along with those previously indicated by their positions as designated with (VP) in the Organizational Chart. These include: 1) the 1st Daughter of Franchise Holder (identified), 2) Janice Forde’s youngest daughter (identified), 3) the oldest daughter of Kim Kardashian (identified), 4) the only Daughter of the late Jenny Swanston (identified), 5) the younger of the Daughters of the late Lyn Swanston (identified), 6) the younger of the two Daughters of Larios’ Mother (identified), 7) the next to the youngest sibling in the former Ivana Trump’s family (identified), 8) the younger of the daughters of Kandijah Ameen (identified), 9) the 1st Granddaughter of the late Lyn Swanston (identified) and 10) the youngest of the daughters of my sister June. They may also be other opportunities for the staff aware of such individuals, who can make them known to me for consideration.
Conclusion:
It is now felt that the level of staff being supported will be sustainable economically as a functional business unit with operations in the locations to be announced on the Pages of these Blogs. It is regrettable that all previously considered could not be accommodated but this would not have been sound business management from a “big” picture perspective. As a result, this slim down organization is the appropriate “model” that will be maintained with those selected and identified “on board”. Those selected for the National Base Coordinators will be trained to be able to carry out part time Evaluations Marketing as the training effort involved in the previously selected number would have been prohibitive to sustain economically, with an effectively trained and professionally individuals being the desired objective. Therefore, please join me in congratulating and welcoming those selected for the positions outlined and at the same time wishing all who could not be accommodated the best.

ReplyDelete“Lows” Presents “How to Keep the Dead Alive, Starting with a “Whispering” campaign,” [especially if such an individual(s) gave those without regard for the rights of others, “political authority” to completely disregard the rights of an individual considered so mundane that those who considered themselves “entitled” or those with aspirations of becoming such, and they would escape “justice”, no matter how blatant their actions were.
First: the idea starts out as just a low-grade talking point in certain circles among one or two executive types.
Next: it’s turned into a full blown rumor as it’s passed on to the gossip “mongerers”, who make sure it’s given “credibility” everywhere with the aid of a prior well documented event, and
Third: it’s given “life” and announced in a press release with the aid of old photos that showed the progress made at that time, but now used to pass off the dead individual as being “aluve” and recovered from the ailment and in effect “sustaining life” as it lands on the prime news hour on all the major networks making it “A Fact of Life” in the “Land of the Free and Home of the Brave” and possibly around the world, (because the activity implemented at the “hands” of this individual had far-reaching international implications such that it affected the life of a “not so important” old female friend name Margaret, who along with many others (considered expendable and could be impacted in one way or another, however,
when the dots are connected as the partial listing in the post WHEN SACRIFICING IS IMPLEMENTED BY DECREE - UPDATED, depicts a different picture emerges, namely lives TARGETED by callous “free loader” types and their supporters), simply because she (they) was (were) aware of the FACTS about, which a bad attempt was being made to erase, and replaced them with the new reality (long before reality TV programming became popular), namely to give impostors without origin (link), in this Country, ready-made history and more importantly a path of entry for many including possibly a stowaway(s) who snuck into this Land for nefarious purposes, which for all we know, could be an assassin with connection to another tragedy of historic proportions that some call a “conspiracy” to this day because the “answers” provided publicly like that other incident documented in the post, A BADLY SCRIPTED DRAMA - UPDATED, don’t add up (as the new “reality” being introduced also doesn’t add up when subjected to close scrutiny). The point being made is that the lengths being made to place this individual clearly into a place where he doesn’t belong, even with the aid of another on-going “whispering” campaign with the aid of another impostor armed with “talking points” also in search
of “legitimacy” and previously identified in Comment #1 from 7/7/2015 on THIS Pate. The fact of the matter is that that they are too many other witnesses to the contrary for this “whispering” campaign to have “legs”, many of whom (witnesses) are identified on the Pages of this Blog, that those with resources to keep propping up the impostors, attempt to give “legs” to (or bring to “life” for lack of any other course of action because this plan, now BACKFIRED was considered A SURE THING, but for one not so small point, it ran into God’s will for His chosen, which none can impede). However, they (“entitled types) continue to use the coincidence” of spectacular disasters to attempt to implement this new reality, which in this case is the unmitigated gall of attempting to pass of a dead individual of being alive because it suits their unethical ends, and attempting to “silence” one aware of facts to the contrary by defacto internet accessibility action as added “insurance” that this event that started out as a “whisper” and became a full-blown prime time news hour event, didn’t have a single detractor.

Our society and its history has a way of repeating itself and just as there were controlling empires and Pharaoh type dictators enslaving his people, these same conditions exists today. The God of creation also doesn't change and just as He dealt with Pharaoh as described in the Biblical book of Genesis He will also deal with those the Dictator type(s) today as described in the futuristic Book of Revelation where the events of these days were already depicted and these are no myths because some would like to believe this to be so. His depiction of how the Pharaoh(s) of today who have His people under "siege" will be dealt with is described in Revelation chapter 16 as their "reward" is appropriately depicted in the same language used in the book of Genesis. It's remarkable how these type all react in the same manner and conduct themselves as if they are "entitled" to carry out the immense responsibility of determining outcomes for others, who only desire it is to live the lifestyle of their choosing, which doesn't impact these types in anyway, except for the fact that they "invade" the life of god's chosen to force their will in the furtherance if their unethical activities the easy way, t provide those if their cause with "ready-made" history and solid foundations. What's depicted in the referenced passage, is taking place and will play out according to God/s will, which none an impede for His chosen! This doesn't imply that they were preselected regardless of lifestyles lived, on the contrary, bear this in mind, god knows the future as no one else does and this is the basis for His choosing, and if one falters, they will be omitted accordingly, because not all of Israel's descendants are among His chosen, because as depicted in Revelation chapter 7, the entire tribe of Dan has been purposely omitted from those numbered among His. God knows that these types will inly do what's proper for His chosen is under pressure in the way that He has already outlined that it will take place.

ReplyDeleteWhen the God of creation gives us instructions, He expects us to carry them out exactly as they are outlined without altering them in anyway. This is what sets apart those who honor Him from those who don't, as depicted in the Commandments, which calls for us to simply "honor Him and as an outcome, showing respect for others.as documented in the post HONORING GOD AND RWSPECTUNG OTHERS PRACTICALLY - UPDATED.
For example, when the Israelites were instructed to give the Levites their own lots of land from among the other tribes (because of not receiving any direct inheritance in the Promise Land themselves) they were not supposed to be shortchanged by the others, the Biblical book if Joshua in chapter 21 and verse 41 indicates that they received FORTY EIGHT (48) such cities with their suburbs. However, when the details are checked closely, in verse 12. it reveals that CaIeb was given the fields and the villages of the city of Heron, making the correct number they received, FORTY SEVEN and NOT 48 as documented. they were not instructed to give a non Levite, in Caleb any inheritance among the Levites. this was a disregard for god's explicit direction for the children of Israel when they reached the Promised Land that He gave them, with the fall of the walls of Jericho! honoring God usually means doing what's right even though its not popular and this is where most fail, because its the opposite path that chosen by our society as most do not want to be ostracized but would prefer inclusion rather than exclusion as is practiced then as today, by making it impossible for those who do not follow the puppeteers to "buy or sell" as the Book of revelation correctly predicted in chapter 13 and verse 17., clearly demonstrating that GOD alone knows the real future and no one else does, (pseudo driven short term media-driven events aside).

To be fair to the origunal inhabitants of the Biblical land of Israel, they were instructed by Moses to give Hebron to Caleb as indicated in the Biblical book of Judges, chaper 1 and verse 20. The bigger picture view of this development is that when exceptions are made to various instructions/guidelines we have ti be very careful that we don’t convey another point of view by such actions, (namely that it’s okay in this instance for others to dwell in the assigned areas along with those to whom it was assigned). For example in verse 21 it states that the children of Benjamin did NOT drive out the Jebusites. In verse 27 it also states that the half tribe of Manasseh did NOT drive out the Canaanites. Furthermore, it states in verse 28 that “when Israel was strong, that they put the Canaanites to tribute, and did not utterly drive them out.” In doesn’t end there, for in verse 29 it points out that the half tribe of Ephraim did likewise, as did Zebulun in verse 30, the tribe of Asher in verse 31 and Naphtali in verse 33. However, the most embarrassing of all was the children of Dan whom the Amorites forced to live in the mountains and did NOT allow them to live in the more fertile valley areas as documented in verse 34. The final outcome of these various developments is what is pointed out in verse 11 of the Biblical book of Judges chapter 2, namely that “the children of Israel did evil in the sight of the Lord and served Balim.”
ReplyDeleteThe other point to be made here of those who like to label what they doin’t understand as its always easier to do this because it allows such types to avoid facing the harsh reality of what the other alternative implies, with the path scattered with the siblings that were forced to grow up witout their parents in many instances of those in my journey and not to mention those such as the two examples chosen for whom the Pages of the Conservery Sites have been dedicated who simply “vanished without a trace” along with all their immediate family members. What is being stressed is that we should refrain from labeling just because certain accepted customs aren’t being followed verbatim to avoid making the same mistake as the children of Israel did against the tribes of Judah, Gad and the half tribe of Manasseh with the alter of ED that was mistaken for a trespass against the God of creation because they (the remaining tribes) did NOT understand their true intent as pointed out in the Biblical book of Joshua chapter 22 verses 21 through 34.
