Introduction:
As depicted in the new Organizational Chart the previous "Holding Base" model is being once again adopted but with distinct modifications that significantly impact business operations and those considered and selected for these positions are
discussed below. Please follow for the details.
Positions Announcements:
Included in these 1st round of announcements are: 1) DIVISIONS MANAGER, which will be offered to my former CE colleague, the very determined, professionally capable and astute Pauline, 2) FINANCIAL COMPTROLLER, which will be offered to my long time college days Management Accounting study partner and master fencer, the amazing Janet L. Windus, 3) REGIONAL INDEPENDENT PROPRIETORSHIPS MARKETING/SALES MANAGER, which is an entirely new position that will be offered to that very determined former chief executive, with an ability to appeal with her very incredible down to earth style, Sarah Pain, 4) REGIONAL BASE COORDINATORS & PART TIME EVALUATIONS MARKETING CONSULTANTS MANAGER, which will be offered to the younger of the twins of that very skillfully determined former 1st lady in, Barbara Bush, 5) COMMUNICATIONS/MEDIA MANAGER, which will be offered to the rising, capable and very discerning lady in the younger of the 2 daughters of the former Tipper Gore, 6) GENERAL HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER, which will be offered to my cousin, the very skillful and astutely cognizant, Abby John, 7) SPECIAL POSITIONS, which include a) ONLINE FREELANCE EDITOR that will be offered to the younger of the twin daughters of the former Vicky VonBehren's 1st, b) PART-TIME TRAINING CONSULTANT that will be offered to the former Ivana Trump with 1 VP TRAINING ASSISTANT that will be offered to the next to youngest daughter in Ivana's family and c) PART TIME EVENT COORDINATOR that will be offered to the adopted daughter of my former lecturer, Mr. Abelew - Denise, 8) DESIGN/LEGAL BUSINESS ANALYST, which will be offered to the very reliable Janice Forde 9) FACILITIES/AUXILIARY MANAGER, which will be offered to the very resolute but sincerely dependable even in spite of ongoing circumstances, Chris Blood, 10) OFFICE ASSISTANT /CONSULTANT , which will be offered to the 1st daughter of Franchise Holder, this very promising VP and 11) PERSONAL ASSISTANT, which will be offered to the 1st Granddaughter of the late Lyn Swanston to complete the list of the Proprietor's direct reports either in whole or in part as in the case of Chris Blood's position as documented in the post REORGANIZATIONAL ANNOUNCEMENT EFFECTING THE CURRENT "HOLDING BASE" OPERATING MODEL - UPDATED.
Other Notable Position Announcements:
This very important internationally based position that ensures the design and development of the critical subcomponent, in the FACILITY GENERAL MANAGER (FGM) will be offered to that very skillful lady in the 1st of the daughters of "spouse" of my former colleague, Curt Bock and also in her organization will be the very important position of PRODUCTION MANAGER, will be offered to Kandijah Ameen, the INTERNATIONAL DESIGN ASSET CONSULTANT, will be offered to that very talented older granddaughter of my former colleague, Jeanie Keiper for this position that will require her to on occasion be based internationally, the QUALITY CONSULTANT will be offered to the oldest daughter of my late friend Margaret's 1st granddaughter, the 2 PRODUCTION TECHNICAL CONSULTANTS positions will be offered to the oldest of the daughters of the FGM and the oldest sibling, son of the Production Manager, Kandijah. The 3 PRODUCT DESIGNER VP positions for rising talented individuals with promise will be offered to the younger of the daughters of Kandijah and her older sibling and the 2nd of the daughters of the FGM. Last but not least is the position of ASSISTANT FLEET NEGOTIATOR, which will once again be offered to Franchise Holder.
For the position of GENERAL MANAGER - COSVRY INVESTMENTS (GM-CI) the candidate considered and to whom it will be offered is that very skillful former track "star" who has learned how face and overcome "hurdles", Lorna Davis she will provide the guidance needed for this very critical "flagship" product evolution to bring it from drawing board to successful market product and meet the Proprietorships goals and objectives along the way. For the very important 2 DISTRIBUTION MANAGERS positions of, which 1 will be based in Hawaii and the other in the contiguous US, will be offered to the 2nd of the daughters of my sister June Norville and Elizabeth Ann Tucker respectively. For the 2 DISTRIBUTION CONSULTANTS, these positions will be offered to the daughters of Lorna Davis and the FINISHED PRODUCT COORDINATOR position will be offered to the older of the 2 daughters of Elizabeth Ann Tucker. In addition, the 2 FINISHED PRODUCT CONSULTANTS positions will be offered to the younger of the daughters of Elizabeth Ann Tucker and Elizabeth Ann's long time acquaintance, Beverly. Also in this group is the TECHNICAL PRODUCT CONSULTANT position, as well as TECHNICAL PRODUCT DESIGNER position ,which will be offered to the older daughter of the adopted daughter of my late former lecturer - Denise and Discourse respectively. Furthermore, the VP PERSONAL ASSISTANT position will be offered to the 4th daughter of Beverly. The STAFF ASSISTANT and VP DISPLAY CONSULTANT positions will be offered to the 2nd of the daughters of Chris Blood's sister and the oldest of Kim Kardashian's daughters respectively.
In the Financial Comptroller's organization the only changes are for the GENERAL CONSULTANT which will now be offered to Kim Harbin instead and the 1st of the MOBILE CONSULTANT'S positions will now go to the eldest daughter of the D.L Thomsen and the 2nd MOBILE CONSULTANT, which will be offered to the oldest daughter of Amy Williams and for the Personal Assistant's position as shown, will be offered to the only daughter of the late Jenny Swanston who is being transferred from the Communications Group to assist the Financial Comptroller to stay focused on her longer term financial issues while allowing her direct reports to handle the day-to-day activities.
In the Sales/Marketing organization the changes are in the Assistant Manager and in the District lead as documented in the post REORGANIZATIONAL SHAKE-UP AMENDED & UPDATED, however the new district lead in District 5 is the eldest of the daughters of Janice Forde and the new Assistant Manager will be the 2nd of the daughters of the D. L. Thomsen.
In addition, the 1st of the new Independent Sales/Marketing Proprietorships for the "Holding Base" "flagship" product will be awarded to my sister June Norville for the Hawaiian islands of Oahu and Maui and 2nd new Independent Sales/Marketing Proprietorship will be awarded to the Proprietor of Paulson's Repair for the Big Island and the Hawaiian island of Kauai. The 3rd new Independent Sales/Marketing Proprietorship will be awarded to the Advance Personnel Office Manager in partnership with two (2) daughters for the greater San Antonio area of TX. For the ONLY official details about these area assignments that will be established when the "Holding Base" goes from drawing board to a fully functioning operation see the stand alone Table "HOLDING BASE" NATIONAL INDEPENDENT MARKETING/SALES PROPRIETORSHIPS OPERATING AREAS.
Conclusion:
These individuals will be offered the positions as indicated and it is the hope of the "Holding Base" that they will all work to achieve the critical business goals as appropriate as discussed in the post SUCCESSFUL PRODUCT DELIVERY THE KEY TO THE ADOPTION OF THE "HOLDING BASE" BUSINESS MODEL - UPDATED. Other Divisions that were already outlined have been modified for applicable changes required. However, the main intent of this post, namely the announcement of the reestablishment of the critical "flagship" organizational structure that is of significant importance to the "Holding Base" has been accomplished; therefore please join me in welcoming and congratulating the announced individuals appropriately.
