Introduction:
After much consideration of the deserving individuals who could not be accommodated in the previous operating structure it became increasingly clear that consideration of the previous concept but with some modification was needed and as a result, implementation of the previous organization in part will be again the focus of the “Holding Base” as documented in the 4th REVISED CONCEPTUAL ORGANIZATIONAL CHART FOR THE CONSERVERY “HOLDING BASE” BUSINESS MODEL. Those announced in previous positions that are still shown may be considered for the new organization, which will be staffed entirely anew.
