UPDATED REORGANIZATONAL ASSIGNMENT EFFECTING PREVIOUS ANNOUNCEMENTS - UPDATED 6/2/2015

Introduction:
This post updates and discusses details about the announcement regarding the “Holding Base” position of PAYROLL CONSULTANT to demonstrate and underscore the fact that unanticipated developments will not be allowed to impact the functioning of the Proprietorship because such developments, namely staff turnover typically takes place in all organizations and even though it would be ideal if all identified would remain, a conflict has arisen with the individual previously announced in this position and as a result, the offer is being withdrawn in order that she can pursue the other path available to her.  

PAYROLL CONSULTANT CHANGE:
Since the conflict described above has become known regarding the daughter of my Management Accounting 201 study partner this position with its critical responsibility will be offered to one who was being considered for one of the two SALES CONSULTANT positions based in the New York area, which will now be offered to another. Instead, the individual who will offered the position of 
PAYROLL CONSULTANT
is my cousin, ABBY JOHN. Abby who is a very tactful, talented and skillful young lady, knows how to conduct her professional responsibilities with discretion, a trait essential for this position; will carry out these responsibilities in a very effective manner to ensure that the “Holding Base” objectives are successfully addressed and implemented. Since this position effects all, a more thoughtful and dedicated individual could not be found to fill this void than Abby, who will be located at the “Holding Base” and reports to the ACCOUNTS MANAGER, to assist the Proprietorship in this very critically demanding area of staff wages and benefits that is considered part of the “Holding Base” staff, who in turn will be responsible for all issues effecting payroll, including the distribution of all staff paychecks and other benefits as appropriate.

Conclusion:
This post focused on indicating who was considered for and will be offered this critically important position of PAYROLL CONSULTANT in order that developments such as the conflict that arose would not impede the successful implementing of the Proprietorships. The work of implementing and “fashioning” what is intended to be an outstanding investment business operation will continue until the critically desired business objectives are achieved, despite unplanned, potentially disruptive developments. 
In closing I would like to point out that when Janet’s daughter returns from the action that caused her conflict, she will be considered for the position, which Abby was being considered for as described and underlined above. Finally, p
