To make additional adjustments in the “Holding Base” assignments consistent with the changes recently announced in the post CHANGE OF ASSIGNMENTS TO BETTER REFLECT “HOLDING BASE” INTERESTS in addition to AMENDED SUPPLEMENT TO THE INDEPENDENT MARKETING/SALES PROPRIETORSHIPS OPPORTUNITIES - UPDATED, this post introduces these realignments in the interest of gaining a more efficiently run business. Please follow below.
Additional Changes Needed:
Ivanka Trump, recently announced for the FL BASE COORDINATOR - COSVRY DEVELOPMENT (CD) position as depicted in the initial post referenced above, is being considered for a position/role of a different type to be revealed later, however, this reassignment will require the positions offered her to be filled by another and the individual considered for and to whom this position will be offered is the 2nd daughter of Jan Miller who will be reassigned from the position of SALES MANAGER - COSVRY INVESTMENT (CI) to the FL district. She will also be assigned the part time EVALUATIONS MARKETING district that comes with this position, all FL excluding the Counties of Broward and Miami-Dade.
To fill the void created, Trisha Huque a very reliable, thoughtful and dependable young lady has been considered for SALES MANAGER - COSVRY INVESTMENT (CI) and will be offered this position that’s based in New Hampshire and she will also be assigned the part time EVALUATIONS MARKETING district that comes with this position, all areas of the neighboring state of VT.
To fill the role of Manager of the unique Independent Proprietorship Facility envisioned for Pat Huque and her family, as documented in the post SUPPLEMENT TO THE AMENDED EXPANSION OF ANNOUNCED INDEPENDENT MARKETING/SALES PROPRIETORSHIPS OPPORTUNITIES & NEEDED/OTHER FOLLOW-UP - UPDATED; it is also being recommended to Pat that long time acquaintance Celia Holder be considered for the position of assisting with the management of the facility, who along with the remainder of her family will ultimately be relocated as well for the positions announced previously. In Celia, a very reliable individual will be made available to provide the needed assistance required with the reassignment of Trisha. In addition the EVALUATIONS MARKETING district assignments recommended, can still be utilized with Celia instead all on a part time basis.
With the reassignment of Celia to assist Pat Huque, the Independent Proprietorship (partnership) arrangement described for the former Tipper Gore with the assistance of three others including Celia as described in the post AMENDED SUPPLEMENT TO THE INDEPENDENT MARKETING/SALES PROPRIETORSHIPS OPPORTUNITIES - UPDATED, will require another individual to complete this unique business venture and it is being recommended that Janice Forde be the replacement individual to fill the void with Celia's, reassignment. Janice will be a very effective replacement to fill this void and in her this team that includes Jan Miller as well as Aubrie Huque's sister will have a very reliable individual assisting in this New York district. She will be also assigned the EVALUATIONS MARKETING part time district that come with the position she will be moving into (being vacated by Celia), Westchester County
To fill the void with Janice Forde's reassignment, as a MOBILE CONSULTANT assisting the dependents of those staff members in need of instruction, receive it, along with the adopted daughter of my late lecturer, Mr. Abelew - Denise, will be my ex sister-in-law Kim Harbin who is a very reliable but reasonable lady who is not in any way pretensive, but is very unassuming and with her “down-to-earth” style can be very effective as needed and I'm sure in this role as an ex teacher she will be at “home”, with those needing assistance all working towards a common objective. Likewise, she will always be assigned the EVALUATIONS MARKETING part time district that comes with the position in partnership with the former Tipper Gore's daughters in Louisiana being vacated by Janice Forde.
Conclusion:
These changes will better reflect the direction the “Holding Base” is heading in as it moves from idea on the drawing board to full implementation with the assistance of very carefully chosen, reliable individuals, all professionals in their own right but only awaiting the appropriate opportunity to demonstrate that they too can be type of business and skilled professionals they choose to be but only for the right circumstance (or door) to open for them. In the “Holding Base” model, that opportunity many often “dream” about but never realize in life is being made available to this unique collection, all with the desire to demonstrate that they too can succeed if for the chance to do so and in this unique model, that time is being made available for this select group.
