Introduction:
In further consideration of the announced Independent Proprietorship Opportunities outlined in the post SUPPLEMENT TO THE INDEPENDENT MARKETING/SALES & DISTRIBUTION PROPRIETORSHIPS OPPORTUNITIES - UPDATED as amended by the details discussed in the post EXPANSION OF THE REALIGNMENT AND INTERNATIONAL ANNOUNCEMENT WITH INDEPENDENT PROPRIETORSHIP OPPORTUNITY - AMENDED/UPDATED, this post introduces an additional Independent Proprietorship Opportunity district as well as the individual to whom it will be awarded. Please follow below.
INDEPENDENT SALES/MARKETING PROPRIETORSHIP OPPORTUNITY:
This new district will be established in the greater Greensboro, South Carolina area for a truly deserving individual whom I have come to respect for her unassuming but determined “tenacity” in the manner in, which she conducts herself even when circumstances are beyond her ability to alter but what is within her area of influence she does her best to make the most of what is available to her, even if she may be examining the scenario before her through a specific “prism”, and those closest to her, another but all do the best they can to work out the circumstances confronting them. This lady to whom this district will be awarded is one of the daughters of lady who became a fixture in my life, the late Lois Covington who took a chance being the astute business lady she was and sold me the three (3)-acre plot in the Jones County location that would become my long-time residence, that was transferred to my ex spouse as part of the Divorce Decree (see photo insert below of copy of Divorce Decree CDDM 001638 OF 4/16/2012). This new location will go to Jan Miller who will be ably assisted by the 2nd of her daughters to achieve the successes that can be realized in this unique location as appropriate, and in this mother/daughter Team, I’m confident that this marketing/sales area will be in very capable “hands”. However, this reliable young lady will also have her own assigned responsibility as SALES MANAGER - IP and based in New Hampshire as documented in the post NATIONAL "HOLDING BASE" STAFF ROSTER ROLLOUT - UPDATED.
Required Changes as a Result:
The position that she (Jan) was announced to fill, the “Holding Base” OPERATIONS ANALYST, will instead be filled by another very capable individual specifically considered for this position and she is the third (3rd) of the late Lois Covington’s daughters with whom I’m familiar and who was previously announced for the role of CULINARY CONSULTANT in ClChs Bakery’s planned West Coast operations as described in the CLCHS BAKERY BLOG post AMENDMENT REGARDING THE ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE EFFECTING ALL OF CLCHS BAKERY, she is none other than the lady I refer to as Gerdes who is also Jan Miller's sister. This lady, an accountant by training as well as a hobby chef is well qualified to navigate all the important regulatory type criteria required to be complied with in order to carry out business functions, whether at the Federal, States or Local levels as required.
As a result of this appointment the existing position for, which she had been announced, CULINARY CONSULTANT in the post AMENDMENT REGARDING THE ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE EFFECTING ALL OF CLCHS BAKERY will now be required to be filled. This position will be filled by the daughter of the Blairs Ferry Advance personnel Office Manager, who is very qualified and a current well known “seafood” restaurant support staff member. She will provide the needed support along with the announced CULINARY ASSISTANT, to ensure that the quality of the supplies being offered remain consistent even though four (4) suppliers are providing the needed products. Therefore, in the hands of these very capable professionals the support required will be made available for this critical mobile operating bakery in this very upscale district.
Conclusion:
It is my hope that in these selections, these positions/opportunities and supporting changes will be in the best “hands” to ensure that all the critical professional and personal goals will be met appropriately. This is an actual copy of the Brazant Divorce Decree in, which my name with my middle initial appeared throughout, (ex James F. Brazant). However, in the accompanying Property Transfer Document, the "nameform" used intentionally made the Transrer document so generic that anyone (ex: impostor, fraud, thief, assassin, etc.) purporting to be a "brazant" could use it as a basis for "legitimacy" because it was written up as a transfer from one "James Brazant", essentially making it a "mangled" (or sanitized) document by design. It must be noted for the record that the transfer was paid for by me even though the Decree itself called for my ex spouse (who did NOT attend any part of the Divorce Proceedings because she had already set in motion, the developments described in comment #1 from 5/29/2015 referenced below); to pay for the cost of the property transfer. However, after it was prepared in this manner and I later took time well after the process was completed, and considered the significance of what was done it was too late to change it as part of the Proceedings. This is in effect why developments such as documented in comment #1 from 5/29/2015 on the COMMENTS 2015 Page can be given support by those whose basis for "legitimacy" is non existent.
